Very poor service! Waited 20 minutes for deposit less than 500! Worst branch

Slowest Prosperity Bank I've ever been to. Every single time I am in their drive thru I am there for over 10 minutes. It does not matter if I am the only car there or if every lane is full, it does not matter what time of day it is or what day of the week it is, it is every single time! It should not take over 10 minutes to process a single deposit. This location needs to either add additional help to the drive thru or train employees to be more time efficient.

For this bank has a whole, Terrible! The worst bank I've ever used in my life. One star is a gift for this so called business.

The staff at this bank is great. I'm a regular at this branch with them knowing me personally and on first name basis. I have nothing bad to say, except the fact I've gone to multiple branches and get free notary as an account holder. Today Ana the manager and notary charged me $5, even when I told her I've never paid before, she still charged me $5.

Worst bank branch I've experienced with having 10+ years with Prosperity bank and multiple business accounts. I can admit, the branch manager, Fabiola is great with customer service and actually making an effort to satisfy the needs of Prosperity customers with the options available. But all other tellers and associates including Garson & Ana are horrible. Would rate them a zero star if that was an option. Absolutely no respect or care for their customers when you walk into this branch. I actually try to avoid this branch whenever possible and have no problems driving a little further to another branch to receive that welcoming environment. But when your short on time, you just grind your teeth, hold your breath when you walk in to this branch, hurry up and run out. That's the kind of environment the associates have created with this branch. Feel sorry for Prosperity Bank being with them for so long. Avoid this branch at all costs unless you absolutely have no other option. Drive a little further to the branch on Sugar Creek or First Colony. Guarantee you will see an immense difference in feel.

Nancy Lagunas was SUPERB!!!! She was always available to answer my questions and was excellent at explaining all information to me.

I hate this bank. I always have issues that I don't have in another location. The only reason I come is because they open on Saturdays and are open late.

Always good and an excellent professional financial institution
