I went to pawn my necklace and the customer service there was great! Mr. Rodriguez and his coworker were very nice to me. I was in a bind and they helped a bunch.

Luis, Giselle and Alberto were very attentive and answered all my questions. Got me in and out with what I needed in a few minutes. The shop was CLEAN I could smell the disinfectant through the mask and you can tell they go through good lengths to keep it clean and organized. Will def be coming back.

I walked in today at CM Pawn to browse around for a certain power tool, and to my surprise they had a great selection of tools and other miscellaneous things I came across. The store was well organized so everything was in its place nice and tidy. The staff members there would check on me if I had any questions and they were well informed with the products in their store.
