Property Seller Solutions is such an amazing company to work with! I was selling my home and wanted to skip the hassle of selling on the market and I didn't want a bunch of people walking through. I got a more than fair cash offer and quickly went under contract. Their inspector came in and she was extremely polite, friendly, and courteous while doing her walkthrough. We closed more than a week faster than expected and the entire process was smooth from beginning to end and everyone I dealt with was nothing but the best. Very understanding of my situation and sensitive to my needs in the transaction. I couldn't have asked for a better result or process. They even followed up with me after closing to ask about my experience which tells me they actually care about the people, not just the money.

Hands down the best place to sell a home in less than perfect condition. TL:DR Sell to PSS and get the most money AND the least headache. (They were accurate within 1% of what they originally offered sight unseen) Any given day you can almost guarantee you will get a car in the mail that says "We buy homes" "we pay cash" "close on your terms" "best price for your home as-is" and most people look at them, scoff and throw them in the trash, right where they belong. I got an awesome offer from Jake at property seller solutions right off the bat. I was very up front about the repairs that were still in progress on the home (carpet, drywall, deck) and they wanted to just send someone to verify. Being the savvy consumer I am, I initially passed it over in an attempt to get more money from the "We buy homes" card I got in the mail the next day and ran it by a realtor that is a good friend of mine. The realtor front told me "if they are willing to take that much as-is, Do it!" I was shocked. "Between the cost of repairs, concessions, and closing costs, the amount you would net selling it on the market is lower than the offer (referring to the Property Seller Solutions offer) Now on to the "We buy homes" folks. They first didn't give me a number at all, had me fill out a bunch of paperwork and set up 2 days for showings where "investors that pay top dollar" would come in and evaluate, then come in and present the offers (sounds an awful lot like putting it on mls) After all that, the best offer out of 6 "investors that pay top dollar" was 15% less than (some were 40% less than) what Property Seller Solutions offered right away sight unseen. I called back Property Seller Solutions and Parker redid the deal, he set it up and we e-signed the offer letter in just a few moments. Not a stack of forms like the "We buy homes" people. They only asked to do the inspection. Being a busy family I thought this was going to be a big delay. But the contractor was in contact and did the inspection without us needing to be there. The offer only varied 1% from the original offer (not a 25% variance like the others) Set a date to sign, went in on signing day. Signed, and had the money in my account the same day. It was amazing.

Great Company! Josh and Parker answered every question and concern we had. We were having a new home built, Josh came out and it was a sale. Then due to covid the price of wood doubled. This caused problems for we had nowhere to go! We explained to Parker, and they stood behind us until this was resolved. Thank you very much! This company is the absolute worst ever. They made a “cash” offer on our property, so we of course took it off the market assuming we could trust them. Then a week later they called and said “sorry” they couldn’t pay what they had legally agreed to pay. This is after they did all their due diligence and had an inspector come to the house. These guys are a joke. The guy who called to tell me they were bailing on the deal we made (who really didn’t care when I explained I made some serious life choices based on the signed agreement I had with his company) told me to go ahead and post something negative online. I’ve never posted anything like this before but I think this calls for it. Property Seller Solutions is a bunch of frauds. Liars. The reason they eventually gave me for bailing on the deal was they “pulled comps” — damn, I would’ve thought they did that first thing, before they started making promises. These guys are a joke.

It started out great and then went down hill from there. They made an offer on our house, we had a purchase agreement. They did a due diligence walk through. All seemed fine so we were working on getting into another house and 2 weeks later they decided to pull out. We ended up loosing 5k and the other house due to PSS not fulfilling their purchase agreement. I would recommend to stay far away from this company!
