Worked briefly with Chris Jones to understand all the fees associated with the purchase and sale of a home. Chris was excellent, taking extra time to explain documents, processes and fees. They had rates which beat my realtor’s preferred title company partner (not super surprising) by just over $500. Highly recommend Chris Jone at Meridian!

The secretary was nice and greeted me with a smile and offered me a water bottle. Eden was terrific. She helped explain each of the documents clearly and accurately. She made sure that I knew which document I needed when filing next years taxes. She addressed and confirmed dates of first mortgage payments and explained the refinancing and fee break down numbers. She made sure that I understood the contract before signing. Eden made my refinancing a good experience. I also like the building location which was familiar to my surroundings. The interior office environment was clean, nice, and presentable.

This was our third refinance and by far the smoothest experience we've had. We were able to e-sign most of the documents from home and then only spent maybe 25 minutes at Meridian Title to finish up. The person who handled our paperwork was professional and made sure we understood what we were signing. Money owed to us out of the refi was sent promptly and everything was in order and done right the first time.
