My fiancé got a car that was repowed however she had a payment plan setup with this company and personally talked to Jeff regarding her balance. We were only suppose to pay $2,000 and that was it and now they’re coming back asking for more money saying that is not what the paperwork she signed. The lady she spoke with was very rude to her. We can’t really afford to keep paying and it’s like they don’t care. They’re after your money. We had an agreement and I was with her when her and Jeff spoke regarding only paying $2,000. Now some lady was rude and very unprofessional I might add and was telling my fiancé oh no you still owe us another $1500. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Very unprofessional and they could care less about helping you out.

Currently paying a loan on a car that I purchased a year ago. Not one late payment and these turds told me that they report every payment to the Credit Bureau but not one report has been posted, nor has an account update been posted to my credit. Called about 9 times and I get the same answer every time, "there really isn't nothing we can do about this, we don't know when the credit will show up". If you are trying to build credit or start up some credit with Unprofessional Finance Company, Don't Do It. I REPEAT DON'T DO IT!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS

Company is not BBB Accredited because they refuse to report to fico. A loan from this company is a big mistake, but if your buying a new car you might end up with them without knowing it. Terrible company, I'm taking my business elsewhere, I suggest you stay clear of this company.

Guys are worms. Unwilling to work with you. Will report a late payment to the credit bureau the minute it is over due. Will also show up at your home. Do not do business with these folks.

Excellent Service and Staff always takes the time to ensure that my loan is taken care of. I make my payments on time every month and have no issues with them.

Do not do business with these people. They don't report on time payments, and they are more than willing to come repo your vehicle if the payment isn't received on time. I paid off my vehicle in March, it's now July, and I have yet to receive my title. I asked to speak to my caseworker, and they told me he was on another line. Someone else picked up and said he was out of the office. I asked for the title, and they said that the branch manager has to sign the paperwork, and he's out of town until next week... How convenient. These guys are so shady. Stay far away!

I Must say I thought I like them until they, had giving me a Loan and yes a few late payments but' they were payed all the same, and I received the money to pay them off and did so' way before pay-off was due, and ask if I be able to get another loan for a better car and was told YES! so for a few months I looked knowing that I had someone to approve my loan, seeing they said they would and when I found the Car I wanted the Car Dealer put it in and they declined it? What reason (NONE) they were payed off for the first and would have been payed for the other It was so' Unfair to say YES! and have me wasting my time on looking and the whole time they were smiling in my face and going behind my back. They could have just said NO! (simple) but' they were paid and still said NO ~ what they want? Please don't go here or you will be Sorry to many faces in the office! & They lie who likes people that are grow and lie to you? not me.. THEY REALLY HAD ME FOOLED GUESS JUST TRYING TO GET ALL THEIR MONEY FOR FIRST CAR BEFORE THEY SHOWED THEIR TRUE COLORS.

These people are awful. Interest rates are ridiculously high people are clueless what they are talking about. And very unprofessional they are rude and take advantage of all their customers. Shaun in specific being the absolute worse. Every time you call he pouts and cries about having to do his job and no only that he barely knows how to do it as is. Never finance with these fools.

I make my payments on time every month and have had not one problem with anyone on the other end of the phone. Absolutely respectful and willing to answer any question you ask.

This place is amazing, they are willing to make arrangements with you if need be! I have zero complaints with this company staff is professional and courteous!
