I live in Virginia and needed a firm to sell the house my son was using when he was attending Syracuse. Procopio was a great find. Because I was out of town, they handled everything from making sure the house was clean and ready for resale, to fixing some minor issues, keeping the yard mowed, weeded, and clean, and handled many other chores that are typically homeowners duties when preparing a house for sale. The Procopio sales lead, Brian Murphy made all the arrangements, checked on the outcomes and in several instances made several firms come back and redo their work to ensure the highest quality was achieved. I don't know what I could say that could possibly even touch on how much I appreciate Mark and Dave!! I actually started out talking to a different realtor at a different business. I didn't feel like he cared at all, he wasn't personable, and he took forever to get back to me. Mark reached out to me and I told him thanks, but we had a realtor. Then I was told some information that sounded off, so I sent a message to Mark and he actually called me and explained everything to me. Needless to say, Mark was our savior and he always got back to us quickly and I felt like I was working with a friend. Jeffrey MacBain went above and beyond to help me and my family with our sale and purchase. We had some unique criteria which needed to be met during a time when the buyer's market was difficult for everyone. And when one purchase deal fell through he worked quickly, over a holiday weekend, to get us another, since we already had a buyer for our present house. He listened to what we needed, was very honest and upfront about everything, whether good or bad. And he lifted my spirits when I was discouraged, which, as I said, is above and beyond the job description. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him.
