I had a wonderful conversation with a lender with the company. He was ready to write me a pre-qualification letter, I said I did not immediately I wanted to follow up on a few action items from our conversation. We had a plan to circle back in a few days. I had a question in the mean time that was answered immediately. When it came time to our confirmed touch base day (about 3 days or so), I never received a response and never heard back. I have moved on to a more professional lender.

I got a great rate last year, but their online portal is horrible. For example, to reset your password it requires you to entire your FULL social security number, username, and email address. No other bank or financial institution requires even the last four of my social security number to reset login credentials, yet alone my entire social security account number.

Chad and his team were great to work with and deal with. Always responsive to emails texts or calls. I would recommend him to everyone
