Both Colin and Lucas are great people, which made this process a total breeze AND a great experience from start to finish, even for a first time home buyer. Colin was highly organized and his communication skills are spectacular – he followed up with us at every point in our months-long process (we had an interesting situation) and kept us in the loop of what he needed from us in a professional yet personal way. I was able to establish trust in him early on by his way of explaining everything in approachable terminology and his attention to detail and timeline. He made a daunting process into a special moment in me and my partner buying our first home together. When it was time to work with Lucas, these accolades remained true for the team. I always received clear, concise communication from them regarding explanations on closing costs, what they needed from me, and expectations between purchasing agreement/closing dates. I purchased new construction, and the builder had to push the closing date back on multiple occasions. Lucas and Colin always took initiative to facilitate adjusted timelines/deadlines. While other aspects of the home purchasing projects proved frustrating, I felt I could always count on Lucas and Colin.
