I've asked Steve to quote several homes as a part of the competitive quoting process ALL buyers should follow. If you want to get more than one quote and make sure the terms of your loan are in your best interest then Steve isn't your guy. You can just "take his word for it", or shop around and get the best deal for you.

Guy has a bad attitude. Asked for a simple quote and was told, "Yeah I don’t function that way. I am a relationships guy. If you are looking to see who is 10 bucks cheaper then it’s not worth my time. You shop around enough you can fine someone 10 bucks cheaper. Good luck. Hope it goes well "
