Today was the first time I closed a deal with Priority Title & Escrow and this experience has been one of the smoothest & easiest closings that I have ever done. Marisa & her team were incredible. I appreciate their around the clock communication and being the heavy lifters getting things done. They have truly made my life as a realtor a whole lot easier. I highly recommend them!

A little confusing up front - we had a a 12 o’clock appointment and at 2010 I asked the front desk, “if we were going to be signing blank documents then we will need to put this off until the documents have figures attached.” We never spoke with the person (Aurora) we had been dealing with via emails. That would have been helpful if she had come out and given us an update on what was actually happen during this appointment. Someone finally came to us with paperwork at 1235. On a very positive note Ms. Natasha was amazing, great personality, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would have given a 5 Star if not for the small hiccup at the start

One of the most common things people say about Priority is that it is like a family and I have seen first hand what they mean by that. I have seen two instances where an individual has lost a loved one and the team came together to give love and support however they could. Individuals at this company care so much they go out of their way to donate their PTO for others. The hallway is constantly full of laughter. There is a true sense of community and belonging with this company.

This title comp any has really slipped! We have used them in the past but with turnovers in the company they have become very inefficient. It’s if mishaps at closing, we were owed a large oh t of money that they over charged and it took forever to get it back. I feel like they held in to it to receive the interest as it sat in their account for an extra 10 plus days. And the caveat to that was that when we needed to provide them with funds ( due to them not having a vital piece of paperwork in our closing package) they demanded that we rush to the bank and wire the funds to them by 5pm. Funds that they overcharged us for after all and like previously stated when it was their turn to return money they decided not to wire it back to us- but let fedX bring a written check over 10 days later. This allowing them to collect interest on our money. They also didn’t send the homeowners money until 15 days after closing via snail mail. I would never recommend Priority.!

Went there yesterday to close. Closing with Priority Title & Escrow is easy, convenient and fast! I was 1400 miles away and still was able to pay a portion of my closing cost. Highly Recommended.

Best settlement agent in Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina! Only company that I have referred or used in the last seven or eight years. Always a pleasant experience.

I am very satisfied with my experience here. At closing I not only gave away my money, I lost weight sweating!! Loved the service and the smiles. Really.

Trust Issues - A honest review Don't waste your time and money with these people. They delayed my closing 4 times. I was about to lose my deal and due diligence money because of them. They started blaming realtors, lenders and even the attorney which was hired by them. They were going to delay my closing one more time. I drove almost 600 miles on the closing date because of their mistakes to deliver the final paperwork and saved my deal. Please stay away from this company. They never reimbursed me the damages done by them. Non-professional.

Property Title & Escrow could cost you your home, like they've likely done for me. I closed on a refinance of my home loan in 09/2021. Over the following 60 days I received three (3) checks from Property Title & Escrow. All three were labeled "Excess Cash to Close." Apparently one of those, for ~$1500, was actually them sending my escrow for property taxes back to me, with the intention that I pay those taxes myself. No letter indicating this, and the check was clearly labeled "Excess Cash to Close." Flash forward to April 2022 and I discover my property taxes are unpaid. My mortgage company covered the difference, but the result was a 50% / $600 monthly increase to my mortgage + escrow payment. Who on Earth can afford an unexpected $600 increase to their monthly house payment? When every month they've paid what was due, expecting it would cover their property taxes? And what Property & Title Company doesn't know the difference between "Excess Cash to Close" and "Refund of Escrow for Payment to Property Taxes?" And doesn't include any documentation or explanation of the multiple checks they send out, separately? Thanks for basically forcing someone to have to sell their home by completely mislabeling your checks and failing to include any explanation or documentation with that check, Property Title & Mortgage! You all are despicable and shouldn't be allowed to operate in this industry. As I scan through the first few pages of reviews (ie most recent) it looks more like your average rating is around 1.5 stars, and you only have 150 total, so I don't know how in the world Google computes this out to 4.5 stars.

This whole process leading up to closing has been very stressful, when we went in to close Stephanie was awesome and did everything she could to help make the process much smoother then it has been. I definitely recommend coming to Priority Title & Escrow. Make sure you ask for Stephanie she’s a rock star.

Took 3 months to close my loan and scheduled the closing for today at 5 then requested additional documents after saying we were clear to close. The vast majority of the processors that serviced me weren’t even local. They were nice but only Alexa Miller acted in the best interests for my closing. The rest were dog doodoo. Still not closed btw. Great job guys.

Slow closing, multiple mistakes, lack of communication. I cannot recommend this company because there doesn't seem to be a responsible party who works there. If your purchase agreement tries to rope you into using Priority Title Co, by charging additional fees to use another company, I suggest pay the fees. I would have rather paid double, then put up with Priorty Title.

Priority Title was recommended by my mortgage company and what a great company they are to work with. My initial contact with Priority was Melissa Wivagg (EVP of Sales). She was highly responsive, very personable and an pleasure to work with. The quote was easy to understand and they explained any questions I had. I also worked with Refinance processor Elizabeth McKenzie who was also great. Their costs were a few hundred less than my local Title Company and they provided the same services. The whole process was 100% hassle free. I highly recommend this company for Title Service and the best part is that operate in all 50 states.

I cannot speak enough about this company! From start to finish, Mike Steier, Mary Dobbins and their team do an excellent job getting your loan to the closing table. My borrower and selling agent were put in a crazy situation 1 hour before closing due to a list agent's demands and Mike took action and was able to get the seller side to agree to sign paperwork so the loan could get closed and my 1st time homebuyer could get into the townhome she was so excited about moving in to. Thank you Priority Title for all you do to help your realtors, loan officers and clients.
