At the end of January 2022, I reached out to Ross Bauschatz about a renovation idea I had for my 1979 tri-level home. I wanted to take down all the center walls and create a large, open concept room. It seemed like in a blink of an eye we had the permit, and I was clearing out everything from my then Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen! Walls were taken down, beams were put into place, drywall, cabinets, flooring, plumbing, painting, and backsplash were all installed so quickly. Ross had everything timed out and it just rolled. All of the wonderful folks who made my dream area come true were courteous and neat. I just received my final inspection approval today and am ready to live my dream! Thank you Ross and team for a wonderful experience! And I do love my pot filler!

Priority Homes built a house for us and we had such a great experience working with them. They were easy to communicate with, very respectful and professional. We had been getting quotes to add a great room to our home and renovate our kitchen and dining room. All other contractors simply went with what we asked for, Ross not only gave us the best price, he made recommendations that better suited our needs and made the best use of the land/space available. The work was completed as timely as possible (rain was not our friend) and I can't say enough about how much we love the addition, the flooring, counter tops, cabinets....his company did great work and the vendors/suppliers he coordinates with were just as accommodating.

Had the pleasure of working with Priority Home Solutions on a new bedroom addition which included a new master bathroom, completley new kitchen and removing 2 walls. Not only did Priority do the beautiful full renovation on the house I purchased, but when my washing machine (that I brought in the home) decided to flood the downstairs, Priority came back and restored us to even better than we were before.
