This is the second time I have used Andrew Evans for a mortgage loan. Both experiences have been excellent! Andrew and his team stayed in close communication with my realtor, the seller’s realtor, and the bank that I used to secure a HELOC. The closing was set for 30 days after our offer was accepted so there were a lot of moving pieces and a very short timeline. Andrew ensured that the loan process went through without a hitch. BAD experience dealing with Ivan Ruiz, would recommend getting help from another worker. Only ran my loan application, NEVER followed up. Told he would call me to go over his review and that he would forward my information to a friend of his. Would not go back to this company. Been a few years later and now I'm ready to do business with another firm! BE VERY CAREFUL dealing with such workers....LIARS!
