Anthony Poteet at Primary Residential Mortgage was wonderful to work with. I have purchased, sold and refinanced several homes and this process was, hands down, the easiest one we have experienced. Professional and helpful throughout the entire process, and on many occasions, going well above and beyond. My questions were endless but his answers were always on point, courteous and kind. At closing, I always see some sort of surprise with financing and that didn’t happen this time. Everything was exactly as they said it would be and the only surprise I had was the comparison of what I was paying vs what I am paying now. I did a cash out refinance because my goal is to become debt free and even in doing this, I’m still paying less that what my previous mortgage was. Personally, if I ever sell or buy again (or possibly refinance again), they are the only place I will use again. I highly recommend Anthony and his team! They saved me $400 a month on my payment and overall, by paying down debt, I’m saving about 1k a month! Anthony educated me on some of the mistakes I made in the past with insurance and other areas and that knowledge allowed me to get to my maximum saving point. I’m a very happy customer.
