Enbright Credit Union helped me out when I was in a bind. My truck got totalled and I found a vehicle. Melissa H offered very quick service. She was awesome. The Hendersonville branch itself is full of very cool people. 10/10

I have been branch manager at this branch since October 2020. The community, staff, and company have been exceptionally welcoming. The staff here is always eager to assist members and work with the community to fulfill needs. From and employee standpoint Enbright Credit Union is a company who cares about its members and employees!

I have been a member of this credit union since 2001. I have never had an issue with customer service, I have always found the ladies are always welcoming and very open to speak with. They have always been more than willing to work with me on everything. I had 3 car loans with this credit union, i pay my bills on time and NO issues. The others that have had issues here are probably those that don't pay their bills!

Actually was a good place to work with in the past. Customer service has tanked really since Trey left. Have made several formal complaints in the past. Even with the president of the bank! Several staff changes have been made but nothing gets fixed. Nobody greets with a smile anymore. They all talk to you like your nothing when on the phone. After several disagreements with my wife, with me personally defending this bank, I've personally had enough of the poor service! Leaving this bank has personally saved my marriage! If your looking for someone to hold your money and show you they appreciate you trusting them to do It, go down the road. This bank don't care about you, only your money!

I’ve worked here over a year now and in that time span, I’ve grown significantly and learned so much. This branch is full of awesome women too, so if you’re for women in business- you’ll like this place! Great customer service from Madisyn M at the Hendersonville location. My wife and I came in for a few different bank related things and Madisyn was able to assist us with a welcoming smile all while balancing an upbeat personable attitude combined with very professional results. Holy cow this bank is bad. If you like being able to speak to a banker or access your banking website, this is t the bank for you. It’s always something with them. “Our phones are down”, “our website is down”, “the person who does what you need quit”. Get it together, folks.
