Cornerstone Financial Credit Union Indian Lake Blvd, Hendersonville

The people are great up there especially Doss. I like his attitude, he is so friendly he always says he's glad to see me. He is an asset to the bank. I wish everywhere i go everyone i come in contact with was like him.

My wife and I decided a credit union would benefit our personal and business finances more so than our current TN bank so I called Cornerstone Financial on Monday morning around 10am and had to leave a message for the person in charge of setting up new business accounts. It's Wednesday and I've not heard from anyone. The reason I wanted to switch to a credit union was supposedly the customer service is leaps and bounds above traditional banking institutions but three days no return call to a potential new client sure doesn't give a good impression.

2nd time I apply for a loan and don't get a call even though the website tells you that they'll call within 4 hours. When I called back the 1st time the woman was rude did not want to explain why I was denied and just gave me a quick answer to get me off the phone. this is the 1st credit union im with I thought it was suppose to be exceptional customer service????? ill be closing my saving acct with them and going else where... 8/21/18 updating my review. now when i walk in i feel more welcomed also i get quick responses callbacks and followups on my loans. love it so much ive opened a checking account lol

This credit union has poor customer service. They approve loans based on whether or not they "think" you will pay back. They don't use factual data. They spend time looking for ways to deny you and send you on a "wild goose chase" to prove yourself. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I switched all of my accounts to Cornerstone about five years ago and have never regretted it. The staff are friendly and I always get to talk to a person when I call. I highly recommend CFCU!

If I could give this place a zero star review, I would. What a joke. I have a vehicle financed through them. They took it upon themselves to add insurance to my loan (over $300 a month). They said they didn’t have proof of insurance. Myself and my insurance company contacted them to let them know I had insurance and sent them all the proper paperwork. They said they would remove the charges and that everything was fine. Fast forward to the next payment, I get charged AGAIN. The joke of a supervisor I spoke to never apologized to me once. He kept telling me all the reasons it was my fault. He was supposed to be contacting their insurance company and getting me my money back (because I have proof on insurance).That was over a week ago and I haven’t heard anything back from him. I have also sent an email to the corporate email and I haven’t gotten a response. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

We applied for a car loan and they were very helpful and friendly. The interest rates were fair and the terms were fair to anything we found in the market. They were always receptive to our immediate needs and was able to schedule closings the next day. The one complaint is the way their home office has the phones being answered at a call center then routed to a voice mail instead of a live person at the branch. Very frustrating in this day of personal service.

Just called to see about opening a new account and the lady I spoke with was very rude . I asked her about the bad reviews online and it was due to customer service issues and she said well I haven’t looked at the reviews online, you can’t please everyone and started talking over me. I told her for a credit union she should have better customer service skills than that . Lol what a joke

Something has changed over the last year. This is, by far, the WORST Cornerstone location. I like the bank but, after a few visits, REFUSE to visit this branch again. The Branch Manager has changed staff and hired people who act like you are disturbing them when you need to make a deposit. I challenge all of the other Cornerstone branchs to act as a Mystery Shopper with the other branches. You will see for yourself how HORRIBLE Hendersonville is. And the Hendersonville branch manager will see how friendly and inviting the staff is at the other branchs. Do not use the Hendersonville branch as a guage for the other Cornerstone branchs. And no, I am not a disgruntled former employee. Just a frustrated customer who couldnt take the disrespect anymore.

Everyone there is so friendly and they all do their best to help you! They really work to go above and beyond :)
