I would of liked to have given presto 5 stars , as things were great until the very end . They did something that I’m afraid I have to file a civil lawsuit against this company . I can’t get a response now that I have a issue that could of easily been resolved . I won’t go into detail yet I will wait on a response that I should get or have gotten already . At this point in time I’m very impatient a 18o degree turn from where I was . Blame the unresponsive people at presto that are hiding something or the dog ate my homework . I will reveal the issue with them on as many forums car forums reviews and other platforms As I can . As much as I am not into bashing on line banter I feel others should know about this instance . And want people to avoid doing business with this company should I not hear back . Other than this issue I would have given a great review But right now I won’t give them even 1🎖

Call in to check on getting a loan. I believe I talk to Salome. Hopefully i got her name right, because she was very very nice. She made me understand the process in getting a loan. She was very helpful. Decided to pass today but, When I call back I will ask for her to help me. Thanks Salome!

Salome helped me over the phone with questions about a loan. The customer service I recieved was exceptional and professional! She was very kind and understanding after I decided to not get a loan at this point. I will definitely be back when the time is right!

This place is always so quick and easy. Noemi is the best there. She’s such a sweetheart and incredibly knowledgable on the entire loan process, yes, these are high risk Lon’s but they make the process so easy! I am on my second loan with them.

I called Salome And she helped me with a loan for my car that my husband couldn’t afford, after being explained everything about the loan I decided that my husband can wait til we actually got the money. It was very quiet in the center. The young lady Lesly Martinez-General Mngr which was out the ordinary!!! She was very diligent and professional as well as the gentleman who was also there. The experience was quaint to say the least quick and hassle free without confusion!! Anyone who has received a loan knows how timely and a little embarrassing it can be to borrow! The loan amount was great I borrowed exactly what I needed! The interest was also very low and affordable!!!! I cannot say enough good things about the community /neighborhood location!!! Very nice people here! Ive never had a problem and they were easy to work with and worked with your paydays and your loan amounts. Noemi Ramirez was very helpful and I was in and out, being I had to work, she was quick. I recommend this place to everyone. Nice clean environment as well and not dirty old or smelly like Tio Rico’s and way way better service. Trust me!

Needed to get a money order and stopped into this place to see if they did them. They didn't but the person I spoke to, Salome, was extremely nice and helpful. She also explained to me how their loans worked. I didn't need one but definitely good service and pleasant employees.

I walked in to cash time today to see about getting a loan. All of a sudden this beautiful women with a glowing smile walked out to help me. I was amazed! I then found out her name was Salome. We sat down and talked about my opinions for a loan and what types they had. Decided I would think about getting a Title loan on my other car at a different time. She was very professional she made my day!

My experience with customer service at this one was not good at all. The young lady didn't want to be bothered with me or my questions. She was one of the worse. I tried to speak to herin a nice smile but she wasn't having it. I will never return for any kind of business at this establishment again and will never recommend this one to know one.
