He went to bat for my son so that he could receive his car before his birthday! 🎂 I will say this Prestige Community Credit Union is awesome, I'm grateful and thankful for everyone involved in the process to make this happen. Logan is one of the best loan officers I have worked with in many years of auto industry experience. He has a great attention to detail and goes above and beyond to meet customer's finance goals and works efficiently to secure an approval. There are not many CU's left that deliver a personal relationship experience, however Logan and Prestige does just that. Give him a call if you are searching for your next loan!

Joined Prestige CU in March of this year and have been pleasantly pleased on the customer service I have received. Also, refinanced an auto loan with them and Princewill from the McKinney office helped me through it all. He was very awesome to work with and explained anything I was confused about. Highly recommend this credit union.

I have been waiting to join this credit union for years based on multiple recommendations from colleagues. I finally moved to an area where I could become a member. Within one day of joining, I was able to refinance my car and save 1000's. They made it so easy and it was the easiest application I have ever been involved with. Princewell at the McKinney branch was phenomenal. I highly recommend this credit union to meet your financial goals and build your wealth.

UPDATE: 1. Note well that I had already met with the branch manager in her office prior to writing this post. You need to improve your Software and Systems as well as your customer service. 2. This post still praises Jamie from Prestige. She is absolutely the most helpful person I have ever met throughout the world of financial institutions. It is not her fault that their systems are inefficient and ineffective. She is the best but she has to work with their resources which are limited in many ways. 2. Only use this credit union for very basic transactions, it cannot keep up with IT.

I had an amazing experience with Princewill, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very outgoing in providing me with the best options I had available for my financial inquiries. He is just amazing. I am very satisfied with the customer service he provided to me and am glad to be a part of the Prestige Community.

I was referred to this credit union by my cousin not knowing what I was getting myself into. I haven't had a real bank account in over 11 years just didn't trust them. After applying for a checking account for myself they made it so easy and simple that I opened an account for my daughter as well with the payback program. Not only did I do that I needed to get out of the car I was in. Which was hurting me more than helping. From the first call to the bank to set up my account it was pleasant. Logan was AWESOME he was very helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly able to get me the best and lowest APR for another car. He also helped me get a great warranty/gap for it as well. A whole lot less than what I would've spent at the dealership. I am pleased with my purchase and the ease of doing business with this bank was phenomenal. Unsure if the McKinney location is short staffed but it just seems that every time I come to this location it takes at least 20 minutes to go through the drive-thru, that’s with nobody in front of me. It’s just frustrating because they won’t let you use the lobby and there’s only 2 locations. Everyone is super friendly and sometimes I can get things completed over the phone. I just wish they had a quicker process to go through the drive-thru. There’s been many times I’ve had to run late to work because it just takes so long.

When seeking financing, I always get a headache. Not this time. Prestige came in recommended from my bank in New Mexico as a shared branch. It took two days, and maybe a total of 2 hours of my time in order to get everything situated. I had the pleasure to work with a great loan officer, Logan Geisler. He was to the point and straightforward. No BS, no fluff, just told me exactly what the process was, and how I needed to approach it. I am very happy to be with Prestige, and could not recommend Logan more.

Let me start by saying this is the best experience I have ever had working with a credit union. Princewill was very helpfull and professional. He really helped my family have a better life.
