Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) S Custer Rd, Mckinney

This branch never picks up customer phone calls; I guess business calls do not matter to them 😒. They'll rather want you to drive there and spend 30 minutes before they can attend to you with only an average of 2 people in the bank. They definitely need to do better with this many bad reviews, the branch manage needs to be showed the door way.

Hardly any staff available and long wait times

I wish zero star rating was allowed. This bank never opens on time I have waited outside for 15 plus minutes numerous times. And usually only has one teller. Customer service is the worst...and to top it off the staff lacks basic banking knowledge.

Would give ZERO stars if possible! ***Closed Early*** Apparently (HAPPY HOUR) is more important than account holders. Drove 20 minutes in rush hour traffic only to find the bank had closed early. Was supposed to be open until 5:00 on Thursdays. I was not the only one this happened to either. While I was there I saw a woman with two small children and another gentleman also turned away by locked doors. Three separate bank customers turned away all before the scheduled closing time.

Tried using teller assist atm, the teller kept messing up his end of the transaction for the customer ahead of me. Causing us both to wait 20+ minutes in line at the atm on a Friday evening. Not my idea of customer service or efficient processing. Very disappointed in this bank of America visit

Very rude staff. Went to initiate a transfer and they said they couldn't do it, they were too busy. The tellers and the manager were rude and very condescending. Very poor customer service. Avoid this Bank of America location.

We were racially discriminated against by the bank teller there, which resulted in our money being held, and we are not able to pay our bills because she treated us as if my husband and I were trying to commit fraud with a check from his job that he just started, so they mailed his first check instead of direct deposit.

I wanted to close my safe deposit box in California remotely here. I asked them there where 3 bankers there and all told me they can't do it. When I told them that I have confirm with bank 1.800 .. number that it is possible. They confidently told me: "They gave you wrong information. Have a nice day!!" Then I went to another branch and they simply did that for me.

I've been a BofA customer for 20 years but it's becoming unbearable to deal with the branches. This one in particular is baaaad. Only one person dealing with a long line. Manager stays in the back watching but does not roll up the sleeves or get someone else to help. They should know better.

No drive up banking, came in today to 1 teller working and 10 people in line. 2 other employees were working but unwilling to help out and get behind and work as a teller to people taken care of. Does anyone working at BofA look at these reviews? My issue is the same issue over and over if u go down the list of reviews
