We refinanced with Matt Ballmaier and had excellent service. Matt was timely in his response to e-mails and was always cheerful. He kept us well informed of the required documents, made it easy for them to be submitted , and kept us up to date on where we were in the process.

We have never worked with a Lender as we have with FHL. The guidance we recieved from the FHL team was AMAZING. We felt so comfortable working with Sam and Matt. Very informative with finalizing our loan and appraisal which no other bank would have ever worked with us not to mention covering a few bills. Have to say they are friendly when talking with them. But if you change your mind and decide not to do business with them, even after telling them you no longer interested they will continue to contact you regardless.

Great service during the process but very questionable outcomes when finished. I was told my loan would be sold to Chase Bank. Instead it was sold to a provider out of South Carolina who has horrible ratings and cannot be reached. I have been trying to contact them for over a week. I reached out to my Fellowship Home Loans Contact who was very kind in accepting my call but provided no results. I have been ready to make my payment online but cannot get anyone from either Intercontinental, Fellowship or NewRez to help me with the process. The system says the loan number does not exist. Think twice if looking to refinance with Fellowship Home Loans as you really cannot be sure with whom you will be associated once the process is completed.

We received a great service from Kearcie Leota with the refinance of our home, competitive prices and a knowledgeable professional. We came back to finance the purchase of our new home and William Leck and his team gave us a very competitive price for the great service they provide. We did not close on the house because there were problems with the property, but the closing docs were ready only 13 days after origination, in this market this is a huge PLUS!! We will definitely come back for our mortgage needs once we find the house that fits all our needs. God bless you guys!!

I thought using this company would be a great service, however, it has not been the case. I contacted them at the end of October, but the process for the loan application didn't start till almost December. The loan application process lasted for over two months. We finally closed, and now our first month payment is due. However, I've been informed that my mortgage has been transferred to another company. That company has no record of our loan being transferred, even though supposedly it was done 17 days ago. The original mortgage company number on my docs has a busy signal, and the corporate number voice mail box is full.

Initially I had a lot of anxieties in just attempting to get information on buying my first time home. After talking with Kearcie, I felt confident, eager, and excited to start my home buying process! She had all the answers to every single one of my questions.
