Kim and her crew were very helpful throughout the whole process. Kim gave me her cell number to make sure I can always get ahold of her if I had a question. She is very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything to me. Mortgage "language" is just different but she made sure I understand. Her fees are reasonable, and overall we got a best rate. Trust me, I shopped around. I highly recommend this mortgage company.

I just had the pleasure of doing business with this fantastic team for the second time! I could not recommend a mortgage broker more than I can Kim and her team at Premier Choice. I want to be very specific and explain what makes these people so great: 1. QUICK RESPONSE! Any time I had a question, from the very beginning of the process to the very end, I would get a response almost immediately! Seriously! 2. VERY HONEST. I had reached out about a refi in 2020 and was told the honest truth, that I needed to repair and fix a few things, otherwise, it would not benefit me to refi as much as I wanted it to. Fast forward to 2022 and I reached out again after doing some work on my credit situation and she had many options for me. All along the way Kim would check to see if there any better deals for me than what she had found. I never once felt like she was pushing an option on me. NEVER. I felt like I had an advocate that was looking out for me. That's what a broker should be! 3. FRIENDLY. I really think everyone there loves their jobs or at least they feel appreciated. You can tell when you do business with a group of people that are a team versus doing business with people that are employed to do a job. Just such an overall awesome experience. When I got my first mortgage in 2015 through Premier Choice, I was treated the very same. I had some dings in my credit and they were very kind and never made me feel uncomfortable. I really recommend going to Premier Choice Mortgage for all of your mortgage needs! You will not be sorry. :-)
