U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union Irving Blvd, Albuquerque

Excellent credit union! I have been a customer of the Irving location for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. My questions and requests are always addressed quickly. Mary Alice has been especially helpful throughout the years and I appreciate having a familiar face that has been with the credit union for so long.

Of course, I expected the banks to be busy it was Friday before a three day weekend, lots of cars were in the parking lot. I walked in and was greeted at the door with a smile, no one was in line but three tellers were helping three customers. I stood in the queue for no more that 5 sec befor I was politely asked to step over to be helped. Your polite smiling teller began to help me deposit my check, and notified me that it was just over her personal limit and asked for patience while she cleared it. She came back thanked me for understanding, she has just stared working for you, I couldn't tell at all, she was very professional. I'm a matter of moments she was handing me my receipt for my deposit. Asked me if there was anything else that I needed help with, and wish my a good weekend. I received a have a good day from the greeter, and I left that branch with a smile. When I thought of going to the bank earlier in the day I figured I'd be in line for 20mins, I was happy to see how well your team handled the busy day. Thank you

I want to acknowledge the great staff and environment of this location. I have been with US Eagle for over 18 years and I plan on several more years with them. The staff is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. A well maintained branch.

We are members of this credit union. We went there to cash a check on 6/10/22 and thier employee Priscilla asked us why we had the check, was the check mailed to us or did we pick the check up. That's none of her business, all she need to do is cash the check and not ask us personal questions. That made us very uncomfortable. That's very unprofessional.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the staff at US Eagle Irving branch just really deserve some gratitude for what they're doing everyday to help their clients. They go above and beyond. I feel so welcome anytime I visit and I always get my questions answered and my needs met. This really is my home branch and I couldn't recommend banking here enough!

Eagle FCU Bernalillo NM branch manager Lucero has violated my rights suddenly refusing to accept my business check deposits from companies who add my dba after the normal GLOBALXLLC check payor name which has been Eagle FCUs practice for over 10 years on my business account, I’m moving my accounts to a more professional, honest branch where they don’t reject my rightful check deposits Lucero should be held accountable with Eagle FCU management

My bank is awsome and very good people work there! I deal with Andrew at the McMahon location and he goes above and beyond to help me and my family with our personal banking and our businesses, we all bank with USEagle as well!
