Premier Bank Maplewood White Bear Ave N, Maplewood

Went to ATM to get cash this weekend. ATM wasnt available to use in Woodbury because of safety concerns? Seriously? Other banks arent doing this. So disappointed. Then you need to waive all fees to get cash elsewhere and reimburse fees at other machines we get charged to use. There wasn't even a suggestion on the notice on where the nearest free ATM is. Do better. Still can't use the outside ATM. Why inside only?

I went to the bank to withdraw money. I wanted to withdraw $400. I have nearly $2000 in my account. The teller said that she had to go verify it and get an OK to give me my withdrawal since it is a fairly new account. What?!?!? It’s my money! Give me my money. Why do you have to verify it? I could go to the at the moment right now and take it out. She keeps saying, I’m just doing my job. I said well when I go to the Woodbury location they give me my withdrawals ( and I was even beer then) and she has the same job as you! How come I was able to do it before and not now!?! This bank is really goofy and so is there whole online banking system. Because I’m new, still within 60 days of getting the account, they will only send paparazzi checks! Why, I have no idea! I have never had to do that at any other bank before! And I think they send it pony express because it takes more than two weeks to get to the Company! Update: Premier said a mistake was made and was Very apologetic! They also gave me a gift card! Since arrow the first review, my bank and experience with them got much better and they have helped me in many different situations also....

Premier bank stole my first HSA money. After a period of time leaving it be, since I have had no HSA to transfer it to until this year, I tried to access those funds. Apparently, after a period of un-use (or whatever they call it) they start draining your account at a $10/month rate, and then close the account once it reached 0. The bank representative I spoke to did have my correct and still current phone number in their system, and says they would have reached out, but I attest they never did such. Because this is all 'in the contract' and such, I have no further action I can take other to accept that Premier Bank drained my account and the money out of my first savings account, ever. *update 3 weeks later* Premier Bank responded to this, but has not reached out to me directly, as they claimed. Just as they never reached out to me directly before shutting down my account.

We are incredibly grateful to Premier Bank. They did an amazing job working with us to secure a loan for a home purchase. We couldn't be more happy with the care and personal attention we received from everyone at Premier. We highly recommend them.
