We really enjoyed working with Matt on the purchase of our new house. He was always very quick to respond to us and took the time to explain everything. He laid out exactly what he needed us to do or provide and he took as much off our plates as he could so we could focus on other items. Very easy to trust him as well. Matt has been amazing to work with! I was not the easiest person, being that it was my first home purchase and feeling like a fish out of water...did way to much research and bouncing around. I started with him and he was patient and understanding with everything I was doing and going thru, I chose to continue with Matt after speaking to another person from a different company that was not a good experience. Matt is great! I recently purchased 3 properties (within 2 months) and Matt made it seem easy. He is great at communicating mortgage speak in terms I could understand and answered all of my naive questions.
