I contribute my amazing experience here to Destiny Perry! She recently helped me to refinance my car loan from an aggressive and unprofessional loan company. Throughout the process she was organized, supportive, patient, and educative. She really stuck her neck out for me, considering the challenges of my circumstances. The content of her character is amazing. Not only was she professional, but she was kind and compassionate. There is no one else I would have wanted to go through this process with! I strongly encourage you to request Destiny every time. Going forward, I know that I will.

Ive banked here for nearly 20 years and have watched this business slowly decline. Their customer service is awful and the staff doesnt even know their own policies. Every time I have gone in with a question beyond a simple money transfer, one person has contradicted another. I do not recommend banking here and will likely be changing credit unions soon.

Shwe Win - is amazing. I reached out to Ideal CU the day after I bought a 2021 vehicle through a dealership. Shwe was able to save me over $50 a month on my payment. And because I had already signed the paperwork, etc the night before, Shwe worked swiftly to ensure we got the lender updated in time. Shwe is responsive, knowledgeable, customer focused and SOOOO easy to work with. I highly recommend Ideal Credit Union for financing a vehicle - they have lower rates and Shwe makes the entire process seamless. They used to be great a great credit union. Not anymore!!! They have stolen money from my account & said that the balance was to low. The balance was at what they told me me to open it at to keep the account. I put more money in and they took it all out. Than about 6mo later they lost my my other account. They couldn't find it!!!! They had no explainable reason for why they could not find my money or what happend to it!! What kind of banking institution does this?? They call, email repeatedly asking for more business. I think NOT!!! YOU TOOK MY MONEY!! You misplaced my money that I entrusted to you to hold. WTH!!!!!!!!

Destiny P. Is the best person to work with if you need a loan, or have questions about anything related to the Credit Union. She has always been very friendly and smiling when I've met with her in person. She even stayed late to help me with my car loan, and was very patient with me when I had a boat load of questions. I highly recommend this young lady if you have to work with someone at this branch.

Rachael Jones, Branch Manager, is a priceless gem for Ideal Credit in North St. Paul. She went over and above what was expected of her for our home equity loan. She turned a difficult situation into a successful transaction. My husband wanted to walk out the door and go to another credit union and she stepped in took care of business. Yesterday I got an auto loan from Ideal Credit union and I met Shwe Win. She was very respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. She gave me detailed info about the loan and how it works. I really enjoyed my time with Ideal Credit Union and the whole process was smooth and straightforward thanks, Shwe.

Destiny Perry was extremely patient with me, from making sure we figured out an available amount to get accepted for to allowing me to be able to get my loan before leaving the building !!

WOW! There are SO many reviews here of people having the same experience as me just a few weeks ago so they are still stealing money! Who knows how you report a credit union for fraudulent activity and I highly suspect there are a couple of CSRs at call center and NSP who are in on it together!!! When you call CSRs both I spoke with INSISTED i could ONLY talk with the person at the NSP location! Extremely shady!!! I am pulling my money out ASAP! Can no longer trust and have been there over 30+ Yrs when it was Postal and service meant something! I do NOT recommend this credit union. It has taken me an in person appt and 4 phone calls just to close out one checking account and two basic savings account and open 1 new checking acct due to a scammer situation that got ahold of my original checking acct number. And now tonight I discovered the NEW checking acct AND my money is missing!!!!!! WHERE IS MY MONEY Ideal Credit Union???? Customer Service reps 2 women SO rude and the in person rep at North St Paul didnt know what she was doing!!! Hence the four MORE phone calls and #5 tomorrow when I call the bank manager!!!!
