This is my first time financing a car. The men and women in this building which I e encountered mostly females are so sweet they greet you right when you walk in and make paying your monthly payment so smooth. I have always paid on time and thank tou for your good customer service

I recently went through a repossession because I fell behind on payments. I was nervous because of all the negatives comment I read in the reviews, but I just told myself I had no one to blame but myself. I had to be patient through the entire process and Rachel was very helpful. In the end when I got my car back she told me COMMUNICATION is all it takes. No matter what the situation is just call them they are there to help.

This car company is the by far worst company that i ever been with they don't understand no type of problems that you have going on with your personal life all the want is money the people that works that are by far the rudest people that i ever talk to. They talk over you they don't let you explain nothing to nobody i hate this company i will never in my life bank with them again. And where i got the car from that just as nasty as the bank.

Stay away from this company and rude old lady named Rachel so completely rude I really hope the owner of the company cares enough to see theses reviews and how horrible his employees are especially the supervisor named Rachel or so she says she is she does not care if you want to payoff your car in full what kind of mánager say no to money. I will be reporting them to The Better Business Bureau

I'm using my wife's google account but I have been with this company for yearsssss and with he occasional bad attitude from reps its been a pleasant experience, I know everyone can't be pleasant all the time.I have been late a few times and as long as you speak to someone and come up with a good plan to pay, they are usually good people. I have no problem at all with the company. They have given me the opportunity to get my credit together and give me a ride to get to work in. I appreciate you Premier. This bank is far the worst bank ever. They repossessed My car because they wanted my insurance check to take money out of it😒. So the auto body my car was in went to them and go the check signed. They called my insurance company and told them that the auto Did fraud to the check. Due to them not being able to take money out. They are not professional at all and have lack of communication.they shouldn’t be a business

The people at the bank were ill-mannered and rude. They took my car unresponsibly without any explanation or warning. I suffered a lot of lost work days and my son lost therapies for not having the vehicle. Especially, a person named Danielle, she showed arrogance, bad education and was extrably incompetent. If I had an employee like her in my company I would dismiss fast but, it is only a reflection of the inresponsible management of the president of that company. Let's say no to this kind of company.
