100% satisfied with the service provided at Atlantic Coast Collision. The staff was great at explaining the procedure, timeline how long it will take, excellent communication and follow up. I was initially going to another body shop but they took a week to give me a call back, whereas here at Atlantic Coast, they actually have a messaging system where it sends me updates what stage my car is and the expected finished time. I received a few calls from them as well which was an extra star for me because I prefer to know the status even if there’s no progression. They finished my car 5 days before the expected finish time and looks good as new. If I need any type of body work or know someone who does, I will definitely recommend this place.

Atlantic Coast is extremely professional, they replaced the under cover and repair the front end of my bumper including Touch up paint. They even wash my car. They did all of the repairs in 48 hours instead of the max of 72. Very happy to get my car back. If you need professional work on your car, this is the place.

Second time here and the staff is great, friendly and attentive to their customers needs. This visit I had an issue with my license plate screws and they promptly took my car and switched out the screws and put on the new plate, with no charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫 I personally want to forget my nightmarish experience with Atlantic Coast Collision but I feel compelled to tell my story hoping it would spare someone else the grief and the aggravation. Mine was a minor damage to the drivers side door. By the time they released my car back to me after 2 tries to “make it right”…the whole side of my car needs to be repaired and repainted. The first time they left dirt bubbles in their paint job in 3 different areas. Second time they had my car for eight days even though Nicky said she’ll have it back in a day. Eight days later she texted me to come pick up my car in the morning ..it’s ready. Next morning she text's me again to wait until I hear from them. It would be two additional days later when they notified me to go pick up my car. I went in, neither Nicky nor her husband were in the shop supposedly on vacation. I noticed what looked like a real bad attempt to cover up of a new dent they made to the rear driver side door. The color was so off that you could see it even at night. They painted my car a different color than the original. They also painted over the black plastic wheel moldings. Btw I never got a text or a call from them to ask how I liked the job they did. I am pretty sure they are fully aware of how badly they have damaged my car. SHADY and INCOMPETENT as can be!!!

I was referred to Atlantic Coast Collision by Rising Tide Car Wash in Margate, FL. I called them right away after my car wash to restore my minivan's lens covers. Angie at the front desk took my call. She was so friendly and helpful, she said to pass by and let them look at my van's lens covers that were yellow, ugly and streaked. Nikki passed by me the first chance she had, asked me for my keys, what needed to be done, and immediately moved the van to the bacK to get them restored/cleaned. Once the lens covers were done Nikki then parked the van out front and returned the keys. I wish I had taken a photo of my minivan's front lens covers before they were cleaned at Atlantic Coast Collision because afterwards they looked better than new. I highly recommend Atlantic Coast Collision to anyone because of their great service without missing a beat. I was so impressed, they are awesome!

They repaint roof im my 2019 Nissan Titan Texas edition and they did amazing work. It took a little bit longer than I expected but for me quality is more important. They keep their word. Good company super nice stuff. Thank you

Looking to do a frame on restoration on my 2004 Fort F150 lightning, so my first stop was at Ford and they highly recommended Atlantic Coast Collision. Went and received a great estimate, dropped off the truck and 30 days later the truck was done , the paint work was fantastic and they sent me over 30 pictures of all the work they did for my records, they also gave me a written lifetime warranty, very happy they took great care of my Baby Dale DeMay

I cannot recommend Atlantic Coast enough. From the start they made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process. As a woman, sometimes when it comes to car issues you feel like they may be trying to take advantage of you but I NEVER felt an ounce of this with Nicky and Angie. They made the process from start to finish simple for me, from picking up my rental car, checking on progress with repairs to picking up my car and returning my rental! This place is hands down the best detail center around. I brought my Camry in to get a clay rag and wax because my car was filthy and covered in water spots. When I got my car back I couldn't believe how shiny they were able to get my car. You can tell they use a high quality wax as well because when I ran the back of my hand over the paint, it was super smooth. I recommend this business to anyone who cares about taking their car to a professional and detailed shop!

An amazing group of people! My girlfriend got her car broken into and needed repairs done, Nikki was abundantly helpful in guiding her on what to do and how the process worked. The staff addressed all her inquires and concerns without hesitation or delay. And the did a really good job on the repairs! We would definitely come back to get more work done to our cars!

I took my truck here to get a dent and scratch on my right quarter panel repaired and also some rust repaired on my roof around my sunroof. I’m very impressed with the work they did. Not only did they fix the dent on my front end to where you would never know it existed but they also touched up all my little nicks in the bumpers from road debris. They got rid of all the small rust areas on my roof and around my sunroof from wear and tear. They repainted the entire roof. It looks awesome! I also had them paint my brake calipers a nice red to match the trucks accent colors. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of repairs big or smell. They are a very professional, on time, and fair priced company with great customer service!!!! I’m extremely pleased with my experience!!! 👍🏻😃
