Karimah needs to be the Manger if she isn’t already, she works fast, super patient and gentle. She was able to take care of 10 people in and out while assisting me. You would think being alone behind the counter would overwhelm her and interfere with her customer service but not this woman. Thanks for being so awesome and informative 😊

I went into this location at 6:50 p.m. and they close at 7. John went over and above the Call of Duty and didn't give up hope and stay patient with me and I'm very grateful for that. His customer service is impeccable and this man should be awarded for the time and effort that he put in to help me get the check cashed. John your hero.

I stopped by The Check Cashing Store in North Lauderdale because I got paid on a Saturday and my bank wouldn’t clear the check till Tuesday and I really needed the money. There was an associate by the name of Karimah that assisted me and she was so helpful, to the point were I set up a prepaid account with them for my daughter and she loves it.
