My experience with this funding service was exceptional!! Kerry McGuire is the best in the business and she has a great staff. I was nervous and not sure if I could even get a home. I remember sitting in her office like a student and following everything she said. Kerry tells it like it is, and quickly. She takes her job very seriously and it shows with her efficiency. I can’t say enough things about how great Kerry and her team did. We did out first mortgage with her and she helped to find us lower rates due to varying factors that other mortgage companies never bothered to do. Then a few years later we refinanced our same house with her. Instead of just trying to make a buck she advised us that In certain scenarios it didn’t make sense to do anything such as if we were to move before a certain time. In the end we did refinance and she was again great. Every single time I needed any help, advise, or information she was there to reply happily.
