    Nice branch What I don't like about Wells Fargo branches is that all of the them are closed on Saturday

    This is absolutely the worst wells Fargo I've ever been too. Absolutely unprofessional. Me and my family have been banking at wells Fargo for over 40 years never in my life have I been treated with such disgust. I don't recommended this branch to my worst enemy

    Some Tellers are not courteous nor do they pay attention. I have been depositing the same check every week for months and apparently this time my account was overdrawn (which is my fault because of a credit card company mistake) but I was unaware of this and when I deposited my check I was not told that there was any issues. I went back immediately after I tried to po urchase Gas and was helped by a teller who seemed to be friendly (eventhough she was frustrated from the first tellers continued problems)and a nice buisness adviser yet it was to late and now I have to wait for my funds to be avialble and because of this an overdraft fee. If they would actually try to be courteous as there slogan says I would have been able to rectify all of this alot easier than letting the teller do whats easier for herself. Now I get screwed...

    Stole all my money and opened up a saving accounts in my name without my permission and robbed me almost every purchase I made secretly got done twice call the business they say it's fine and will be fixed I call the bank to give them this info they decided hitting me with 4 late overdrafts was better even though I had almost $500 in my account. NEVER AGAIN !!!

    Me as a truck driver in this pandemic situation that we are facing in key for me to access my founds and keep rolling to keep the economy going this branch did not meet the espectations in what the bank offers in costumer servive they were very rude im 2000 miles plus from home and in a big truck when i acces a bank i want to get my things done like my money not borrowed money my money i trust this bank so i can acces it anytime is needed to keep rolling this bank was very rude and not professional at all thinking seriously taking my buisness somewhere it would be apreciated

    The bank manager Sakiyah is prejudice. Also, try closing and cashing your money out in this bank, your own hard earned money and the manager will give you a hard time getting, politeness is not even there at all for a public service job, not one bit. It maybe circumstantial depending on your race or color.

    I tried to open a business account and never received a call back. I stopped by the back and the bank manager said she would call me the next day. I still hadn't received a call. This branch seems like they are short staff and overwhelmed.

    They never answer their phones. I have tried calling three days in a row without a single person answering. I had to switch branches and it really makes me miss my old branch.

    long story short , gave me an issue trying to withdrawal money for WORK related reason , denied me , went to another on got the money no issue no question , then while sitting in the parking lot i receive an email from well fargo telling me my account has been CLOSED off of a buisness decision. terrible customer service & communication skills!!
