Supper fast service and very friendly staff! I went in for my drivers test and came in at 8:30 am. The staff was lovely and greeted me at the door. The owner is very nice and understanding. The process was quick and my appointment + test took less than an hour. As long as you have all your documents and come on time, everything will run smoothly. Whole trip lasted 10 minutes. Got here early and there was no wait ahead of me. Needed to update my address & get a replacement license printed. I checked online before arriving so that I had the right documents and that made sure that the whole process was extremely smooth. We will be utilizing their services in the future for any DMV related needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff - however SLOW service. Ask yourself, why do we go to 3rd party locations and pay extra fees instead of going to the DMV?? Most of us would answer to save time - however you wont be saving much time (if any) at this location. It took almost 2 hours to get a driving permit in middle of the week, in the morning. There were 2 people ahead of us when we got there.

So…. Where do I start? The wait time was way to stupidly long, which a two hour wait is not convenient, after finally getting in and my third trip because after asking what I need for my license, was told what to have, went back home, obtained three different piece’s of mail which was not good enough, two from the same business, one that only had my last name on it but the correct address…word of advice, Stay Away from this place, workers were very nice if you like being told sorry with a smile, standing in line in the heat outside did not help matters either. Also the prices for there service is entirely way to high for my inconvenience.

I went in to get a license plate transfer from the owner I bought my boat from. Apparently, I didn’t have all the required paperwork so I asked the clerk how much will it be when I return with the correct paperwork. I had her write it down, $98. So, I returned the next week with the right paperwork and I was told it would cost $160 plus I didn’t even know there was an additional fee of $75. First of all they need to advertise the fee in much larger letters on the window as you walk in.

Let's be honest, the only reason anyone uses this place is because there aren't other local options. They are slow, disorganized, and often wrong. We went in to get a title transferred from south dakota, they demanded a set of documents, we gathered all of them up, and the exact same manager had made up a new list, including demanding that we fly the seller down in person and that would be the only way she could transfer a title. We headed off to the real DMV and they assured us that every single thing power tags had told us was incorrect and transferred our title with no issues. If you NEED something done, give it a shot, but believe nothing they say, and make sure you have the whole afternoon blocked out to deal with them. I had to chuckle reading the reviews and responses. These folks are 100% the "Amy's Baking Company" of MVD services. 🤣 No lady, I'm not going to provide you my VIN and visit date so you can make something up. My completed title transfer proves that everything you said was wrong and you should not be in business.

This place is awesome and Dalyce (supervisor) rocks!! Dalyce, with her wonderful personality and high energy is the epitome of a multitasker!! They can be very busy so that means you'll likely have to wait a bit; so what, that's the way of the world, get used to it. Most of the negative reviews here are from impatient people and/or ones that didn't think enough to ask ahead of time which forms they'll need. Wake up people and get with the program!!

If you want to witness a slow, disorganized, and extremely mismanaged business, by all means check this one out. Their “clipboard check-in process” is a joke. Enter your name and phone number and then they ask you to wait outside for their call. I waited an hour and finally went back in to find that at least 6 people after me had already been waited on. The excuse - “I called several numbers before I went on break and they all went to voicemail”.
Come on Patrick, not sure where you went, but we called your name several times and when there was no response, we moved on to the next patient waiting customer. Have a great day!

This was the second time that I have used Power Tags Titles & More (PTTM) and both times the experience was good and even refreshing compared to going to an AZMVD facility. Yes I do pay more to use a third party, but it is worth it for me. Niether time that I used PTTM did I have to wait very long to be helped. I was also greeted by an indivdual that smiled and spoke to me with dignity and respect. I have never gotten helped quickly at AZMVD nor have I ever worked with an AZMVD clerk that even hinted at having anything more than complete distane for me even walking into the facility.

Tried to call a couple times but no one answered the phone. I wanted to make sure I could get my license and register my car today before driving down there. Turns out they were closing early. Cool that would of been great information to have before driving all the way out there. Thank you so much for not answering my phone calls the 3 times I tried. They also copped an attitude like how dare I assume that I could get a license today during their normal business hours that was posted on their site. I would rather drive out to the normal dmv then deal with this place again. Do not even bother.

I got up this morning and looked up Power Tags Titles & More then read all the 1 star reviews and almost thought about just going to the MVD. But then I gave them a chance since it was close and WOW the gal (Jissil) that helped me change title and register my vehicle was very helpful for what I needed to do. And as you can see I do alot of reviews of places I've patronized. Would like to say Thank you for getting me in & out in a timely manner. Patricia the owner is very rude and obviously does not pride herself on customer service. She talks down to you and is very condescending, even short with the young girl working with her. I waited way to long for service after being told I didn’t need an appointment. Then the prices changed from what I was told as well. Spend your money some where else where you are appreciated. There’s so many other mvd services you can use! Just look at the other negative reviews and how they respond to those people! They should be reported to the state MVD for conduct!

STAY AWAY – RUN! - I wasn’t even a customer and one of Power Tags customer service reps contacted me using a Gmail and Hotmail account to notify me that they accidently transferred my title and registration into one of their customer names. They even had the nerve to ask me to pay for the early registration. It’s been several months and the company continues to make mistakes trying to fix the issue. They are rude, unorganized, and quite frankly shouldn’t be allowed to access DMV records. I gave Power Tags a chance to correct the issue and all they've done is retaliate with rude emails.

I’ve been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. Yes I’ve had to wait, yes my fees have been more than what was on “the board” but that’s always part of the process. Nothing is black and white, there are always going to be other variables that can arise without warning. Every time I’ve been here staff has been consistent, nice and informative. Have never waited more then an hour and always left feeling taken care of. Seems like some of the reviews are people complaining and not having anything else better to do. I’m all about supporting small local businesses and this is one I will continue to support for many years to come!

This place is has the most helpful, kindhearted, and compassionate employee! Kim is an absolute God send to the dmv! Whenever I have to go here to get something she is ALWAYS there with the nicest smile on her face and a sunshine positive attitude!!! Even when things were difficult and I got impatient she never let it bother her and made sure I always left with the best possible help she could provide! Power Tags Titles Office in Queen Creek is amazing! I want to start with Skyler who helped us with our car registration, while she answers phones and greets people coming in, that’s customer service at the highest level! The lady owner was also very nice and helped me with my drivers license. The office was full of positive and inspiring words displayed at their desk. I will come back here again for my sons DL. I went into Power Tags and Titles in need of registering an out of state vehicle. There was an easy check in system and I waited for about 20 minutes. Sky called my name and got the process started. Sky was very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Most 'DMV" experiences I have had have been less then desirable lol. Sky made the visit enjoyable. It took about 20 minutes or so and I was on my way. I would highly recommend taking care of all your DMV needs at Power tags!

I went in back in March after moving from out of state. I found the staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were very patient in explaining what I needed and just overall friendly. I didn't have all of the correct paperwork with me and when I went back they even remembered my name and were eager to help. I think you get back the attitude you present and all too often people go into licensing places with a miserable attitude.

I went in on a Monday. Got there at 7. Already a line which I expected. 8 sharp they opened and 2 ladies with clip boards clip boards came out to take names and make sure everyone was on the right list to what services were needed. I am a senior and needed my license renewed. They do seniors between 8am and 9am. List fills up fast. Still waited a bit. Unfortunately I didn't have everything I needed so went back next day. Got there around 6:30 am. Same procedure as day before got called in, first person checked to make sure I had all i needed as was able to wait inside for the person I needed to see. During my time waiting so many people that had not been there at opening kept coming in and asking questions. I felt bad for the gals trying to do their jobs. They were getting constantly interrupted. I thought all the staff were doing a great job and were polite and helpful. Yes there were longer wait times but not the staffs fault I worked customer service my whole work life and it is not easy sometimes . If you go please try to be patient and know they are doing the best they can with all the new rules due to COVID.

The turn away rate at this place has to be high. Very inefficient when it comes to communication. They require documents that the MVD won’t ask you for. If you need your birth certificate for anything don’t go here unless it’s pristine and in a glass case from when you were born. Just like others, went to non third party and was in and out with no issues. Me and my Wife had issues with service here, will never go back or recommend to anyone.

Went there to transfer title on RV I just bought, lady behind counter said the signature was not properly done. Was very rude and somewhat unprofessional. We walk outside a discussed with the seller, who was trying to figure it out, since he had sold 2 others the same way with no issues. Wife step back in to ask one more question, the receptionist I think said "How may I help you, again" with a severe attitude. So I took it to another place and they did it without issue. Bottom line I would go anywhere but here....including the actual MVD.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I got there at 830 and a nice lady was signing people in and talking to them to make sure they had the right documents for licenses until an older lady came out and yelled at her to go back inside. I was told it would be about 2 hours and waited... until it was 3 hours and eventually left and went somewhere else and got done with everything in 20 minutes and was home in an hour total. They didn’t call me till 130... 5 HOURS LATER! When they did call me the girl on the phone said “we’re waiting for you. Are you coming in or not?” The older lady there was extremely rude, would answer you with “what do you want?” if you went in to ask questions. Go somewhere else for your license!! It’s not faster than the DMV here.
Brianna, I'm still trying to figure out why you were so hateful yesterday. Everyone appreciates the fact that we will call you when we can serve you. Oh, we had to redirect the employee outside chatting with customers rather than processing transactions. Hope the drive all the way to Alma School was safe and enjoyable. Now that saved time! We just moved from New York and needed to get titles, tags, and licenses all transferred to AZ. The first time we went they said we didn't have all the required documents (our fault). The 2nd time we went there we found out that they only do licensing early in the day. 3rd time my wife went there they had too many customers and to show up earlier next time. 4th time we went there they said my wife couldn't get her license because her Social Security card has a DHS work authorization stamp on it (she is a Permanent Resident) and they told us we needed to contact SS adminstration to get her a new card. With the pandemic all the Social Security offices are really hard to get a hold of. We went yesterday to SS office in AJ and it was closed. We decided to hit the MVD in Mesa on the way to that SS office. The MVD told us her social security card was fine. Their earliest appointment was today at 9:50 and she was in and out in 20 minutes with a new license. What took 4 visits and hours of waiting was not worth the convenience fees. Sorry to all other 3rd party MVD servicers we will be using the states offices from now on, after our experience with Power Tags Titles and More.

They had a puppy in the back of the office, which I don't care, but the girl helping me had to go chase it down twice while I'm sitting there with my baby that's getting fussy .. and then she ended up not being able to switch my title saying I need an emissions test done on the vehicle. Well, the vehicle is a motorcycle. ADOT told me motorcycles do not need emissions testing. I don't think she realized that... Probably too distracted by the dog. So I'll be going back tomorrow and hopefully get it taken care of with someone else. The lady helping us was blonde,bling hair, long nails. Just aggravated about the distractions. She was nice. Just not helpful.

This place is unbelievable my wife went in there to get her license reinstated they let her to believe that she was going to be able to make it happen and then told her she needed a piece of paper then come to find out that they can't do that because they're not an actual DMV office. The people there just aren't educated well about the MVD and on top of all that made a false accusation about my wife in call the police which was completely a lie. Which at that time my wife had other people with her as witnesses so go to this place at your own risk but wow the people there are joke.

They definitely pick favorites in San Tan. Seems you “gotta be in” with the family to get any type of timely service. I’ve waited 2 MONTHS for my 21 year id. My friend just got his basic drivers license in a week. I still don’t have mine. No convenience.
What prompted you to complain Friday at 9:15pm? We have no control when the state’s vendor mails out the completed ID’s. Please remove the 1-star review. We have no control over USPS mail. Call me Monday after 9am at 520.788.6016 and let’s work together and find a solution.

The wait is long and the fees are outrageous!! My daughter had to take the written test and was charged a little over 3 times more than the MVD normally charges which is $15. When you go to the MVD, that fee allows you 2 more attempts if you don’t pass it the first time around. When I took my daughter to this place, she didn’t pass the test the first time around (after paying almost $50) and was told she could come back to retake it a no charge. Two days later, went back to retry and was charged another $25. Luckily she passed it this time. When I called to inquire about the driving test fees I was told that they ‘could not’ provide that information/fee amount over the phone, I had to go in person to get that info. So I will most like go in vain, wait in line for God knows how long, risk being exposed to COVID more than what we should & most likely be given a sky-high fee for a driving test?? No thank you, I rather make the drive to my nearest AZMVD.

Went in there just to get a update on my license last week waited a hour very patiently just to be told I need to get paper from the court house actually believing she was right I left not able do anything since the court house was closed on a Friday last week .when she just wasting more of my time . I called the court house and they said the dmv is suppose look up my records and tell me . they didnt even bother to look me up on the computer one of the younger blonde women didn't even seem like she was wanting to work or do her job right not going here again going to another dmv that will actually take their time with me and do there job right. They just make excuses make them self look reliable how come I go to another dmv and they approve everything of mine .
We’d love to help. Court documentation was and is required. It’s actually your responsibility to provide the MVD with documentation proving you’re eligible legally to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Arizona. Good luck having your driving privilege restored.

Very kind and helpful! People these days are too impatient and misunderstanding. They're doing their best during these hard times and providing a lovely service close by. I’ve had a great experience here each time I’ve come in! I realize that there will likely be a wait because that is how the DMV is as well. I also realize they have laws to follow on what they require for licensing or titling so I try to call before going to see what I need to bring. They have always been reasonable, friendly, and working as quickly as they can. I appreciate that they are so conveniently located to my home!

Last week I needed to get my drivers license renewed and decided to come here because it was near my work. I figured I would just take a long lunch and get it taken care of. What a mistake, I arrived at 10:45am and didn't walk out until 2:15pm. I made a huge mistake of not reading reviews prior to coming here, how these people are still is business is mind blowing. Everything from wait times, customer service and pricing is a joke. While waiting I read a lot of the owners responses to complaints and they are rude and condescending, they never take responsibility for the issues or offer a fix to the problems, they simply make an excuse, blame the customer or thank you for the complaint. In regards to pricing I understand they are a "for profit" and they should make money, however, they should at least have current pricing listed or something stating that they have changed, not sure if this is a violation of Arizona Consumer Fraud Act or not but I am going to report it since I am not the only one that has complained about it. I ended up paying more than double the listed price. As for the wait time. How do you manage to be slower than the MVD? I already know the owners response to this since it is the same every time "we have brought the MVD out to fast growing community of San Tan Valley". If the waits are consistently this long hire more people!! I have used 3rd party MVD companies in the past with great success and I didn't mind paying the extra money due to the convenience and speed but you will not get that here. You are better off going to the MVD. Customer service, or should I say "the lack of". When I signed in I would say there was about 10-12 people waiting for various services, I noticed about 4-5 windows open so I figured I would have a little wait but nothing crazy. The first negative thing that happened was, while getting my picture taken for my drivers license, a lady came up to the person taking my picture and started yelling at her to keep the customers away from something (sorry I don't recall what it was), if you are going to yell at an employee do it in private. After about 2 hours of waiting I decided to walk in an get an idea of how much longer it would be and what a mistake. I was immediately reprimanded by two ladies as if I was completely out of line for asking such a question. One lady said she was busy helping others and didn't know how much longer is was going to be and that I needed to wait outside until my name was call, the other lady immediately chimed in that, I should just be thankful that they are open as many places are not. FYI there are plenty of places that are open and provide the same services within a 15-30 minute drive. Several other people in line were just as upset with the service and a couple even did negative reviews will standing in line. I should have left after being yelled at for simply asking how much longer but at that point I had already committed 2 hours of my time so I stayed. I obviously will never use their services again and wouldn't recommend anyone else using them either. I am also going to report this to the MVD since they are the ones that authorize them for the services.

Do not go here! Went in for a permit which my son took online for $7, waited 2hrs outside to only find out they were going to charge $47 bucks! The board for fees specifically says $10! They Tried to say the mvd would charge too! Very unprofessional and and the lady was sick! They were all wearing masks but most of them were around there chin and would take them down to talk. What waste of time and money! Would have been faster at the mvd and the extra $47 doesn't make up for the 2 hr wait outside!

Definitely not a good experience. No communication between staff and customers. I overheard a woman that had just left say that when she walked in to see where she was on the list, her name was alreqdy crossed off. Not an efficient option at all. I'm currently still waiting to get inside right now, and I've been waiting since before it even opened. I've been waiting since 7:44 AM and it is currently 12:03 PM. The staff is taking people who came in later before the people who came in very early. There was one woman who had just arrived and signed in, and they called her before another woman who had waited since 7:20. The woman who was called was there for the exact same thing as the woman who had waited for longer. 75% of the people in the line left because the wait was too long. The only good thing to come of this is that I made some friends while waiting. If you want to come here, make sure to get here at least an hour before opening or else you're going to waste your whole day.

This was the easiest, most pleasant DMV experience I've ever had! There was no wait (although several people came in right behind us), and the employees are extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Each person with whom I interacted seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and clients. I'm so glad this is an option for all motor vehicle services. I cannot say enough good things about this business or their staff!

I went in for fingerprinting and the whole process was fast and easy. The staff was very nice and friendly. The extra cost of going here instead of an MVD branch is well worth it. As a bonus, reading some of these negative reviews with the owner responses is hilarious! I wish more business responded to rude reviews this way.

I’m not sure how this place only has 3 stars. I had an amazing experience here! As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Candi helped me out, and she was the nicest person i’ve ever dealt with especially at a DMV/third party location. Amazing service, busy, but not too busy to acknowledge their customers. Both my wife and I have had several bad experiences at this location. I understand lots of issues with regulation and procedures. Its more the general attitude from management and the owner. They have a don't care attitude. No empathy, customer service is bad. I have used other locations and have not had this issue. Just see current score of 2.7 on google says it all. I would work on your customer skills and improve your public relations. May go a long way. I would avoid this location unless you have no choice and don't expect much.

Don’t bother coming here. The employees have no care in the world. They move at a snails pace and don’t care if you wait all day. They all have one speed and it’s extremely slow, they are always having to ask each other questions. You would think it’s everyone’s first day work based on their lack of knowledge. If you need any assistance and you see your time as being valuable then don’t waste your time coming here.

I brought my daughter here to get her instruction permit. The wait was about 30 mins and we were the only ones in line for driver's license related business. There were 3 or 4 girls working and quite a few people waiting. While the girls were very polite and friendly, they seemed very under staffed. After about 30 mins waiting they went through the motions to get my daughter her permit by taking her picture, having her fill out the application, doing the vision test, etc. Then right before my daughter was to take the test the girl asked for the fee... My issue was the prices. On their price board behind them it says for a driving permit it's $7, $10 for a convenience fee, and total collected would be $17. However, the girl that helped my daughter wanted $47 for an instruction permit!!! That is outrageous!!!! That is a $40 up-charge from the MVD! The visit was not $40 worth of convenience, if anything it's just as long a wait as the MVD in Coolidge.. just go there and save your money. Update: Lowered star rating because whoever manages their Google account originally replied with a very rude response then changed it to what you now see. Google emailed me the original response. This place is not worth your time at all. Very unprofessional and there is no convenience worth their prices. The Coolidge MVD was quick (no line) and easy and none of the staff there could believe this place was charging so much. Just make the extra drive and save yourself the hassle.

These ladies over here at Power Tags and Titles are beyond phenomenal! These ladies walked me through everything I needed and didn’t over charge me or double charge me after a bad experience at a 3rd party dmv in Phoenix. These gals explained everything to me in full detail to get me on the road safely without any tickets and registration in full working order!! They even helped me out by printing a copy of my insurance cards for me to keep in my vehicle!! I would choose these gals over any other 3rd party dmv! They are definitely top notch fast, efficient, super loving and sweet!!!

The lady in charge can be very rude and short with customers, even when speaking to her on the phone. I will go there once more and give them another fair shot and see if it is the same. I suspect it will be. Let's see.

Horrible customer service. Do not waste your time going here . . . I was told to wait in the parking lot after signing in and they would call me. I told the girl twice I was there for license services, she said she understood and to wait in my car. An hour later I go in to check status. The girl told me that license services had officially stopped . . . ummmm I've been here for an hour. She then told some other girl there that she needed to leave because her shift was over - that girl said there was a big rush and people there for license services just started signing in at the wrong place . . . this was the SAME girl I told twice that I was there for license services. Ultimately I was told to come back next week because her shift was over and she needed to leave. Of course who cares that I was waiting in the parking lot with my children for over an hour. I will never go back there.

Very poor customer service! I went in trying to renew my license. I signed in and like 7 people walked in and they were seen right away. When I asked when I was going to be called the young girl acted like I was already helped. When I told her the reason I was there for she gave me a hard time and said they couldn't help me if I didn't have my birth certificate like seriously I have my driver's license I don't see why you need that. I went to a different location the one on queen creek and they were very helpful did not require that at all to help me! I don't recommend this place at all!!!

With that being said, that state policy is that your birth certificate or passport and two forms of mail are required when applying for a new AZ driver's license regardless of whether you are renewing or applying for an AZ license from out of state. I recently moved to AZ and needed to update my vehicle registration and drivers license. I had a great experience at Power Tags Titles & More. They were helpful in letting me know where to go for the emissions testing, the check-in process was seamless, the wait time was not long at all and being able to get everything done all at once was so quick and convenient.

Called to ask questions about a title. Was told they were closed for the day at 115 pm on a Friday? Then I asked can you at least tell me a price. Was told I can't disclose a fee we charge by phone? What a joke. Firstly why answer if your closed and what kind of business can't disclose their charges , a Rip Off? Follow up: Tuesday I get a follow up call from a Kelly. She said she was handed a number to call about a question related to a title/lien? I guess this was the owners way of addressing my issue? I did get the price (18$) and an apology. When I started asking specifically about the issue I had with the previous Rep, this was how it was handled. I was told sternly " I was only asked to answer your lien questions ". Cleary no interest in how or why it happened or the fact it even happened. Customer service is dead in this world! The price for a lien is an 800% increase from DMV. Sign me up, attitude and an absurd convenience fee. To the owner, save your breath. You clearly aren't here to help the community as you claim. Clearly from your ratings and review history you have untrained, unprofessional and unpleasant Staff. Use your breath on them to clean up your act! Don't bother calling me! You struck out and deserve your lumps.

My husband went to get our son's permit this morning, right at the door this woman was very rude and unwelcoming, she asked "what do you want". She stated she cannot accept his birth certificate as it was folded per state protocol. He then said "are you serious" and asked for the birth certificate back. He also asked for the ladies name and she threatened to call the cops and ran outside to get his license plate! UNREAL! We read the horrible reviews but decided to give it a shot and form our own opinion. The bad reviews are spot on, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I cannot believe this place is still in business. To your response: We both know what happened. You could have handled this in a professional manner. Have a great day!

Went to get my drivers license at around 10am an hour after opening and some lady told me that they are sold out of Licenses for the day . How on earth do you sell out of something like a license, I’m 90% sure that licenses are something they print out. I was there maybe 5 minutes inside and probably 10 minutes outside waiting on an Uber and watched atleast 20 customers get turned away because “ They ran out of Drivers Licenses “ . I probably seen at least a few $100 worth of services turned away instantly and the staff didn’t seem phased in the slightest . I came to pay and pick up a travel license because I went to a local ADOT approved driving school and completed the course and had a driving test waiver and I was sent to pay and pick up the license and from talking to others in the parking lot I wasn’t the only one who was just solely there to take a picture , pay , and pickup there was at least 3 others who also had the test waiver because we did the test already with an instructor at a local driving school and was sent to pick up the license. There’s 3 people just there to solely pick up that they don’t even need to get in a car in with that’s easy money that they turned down . I kinda understand for people having to take the test if there’s not enough proctors but at the same time as a business that offers a licensing service they should be more prepared. I still don’t understand how they “Ran out of Licenses “ . I think maybe they should of said we don’t feel like giving licenses which that sounds more applicable and I don’t know about most people I’m not going to pay someone for a service they really want to do because they may not complete the service in a satisfactory manor and especially when there’s sensitive information is involved.
Hello Remy, Thank you for providing your feedback. I would like to clarify that the driver's licenses were not "sold out". The driver's license itself is not the issue. The ability to process the amount of people who are signed in before our business end of day at 6pm is the issue. The process of submitting your driver's license request is more involved than what you explained. For instance each document needs to be scanned individually into the AZDOT system and each document is then checked for it's validity by the said system. Sometimes, it takes a few seconds for the algorithms to processes and other times it takes a bit longer. With all of this said, this process is the same for all people who submit driver's license request not only for people who have road test completion certificate from a driving school. There is a large influx of people in the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area. We are daily at capacity although we have increased our driver's license processors from 2 to 5. Yes it is a shame we can not accommodate everyone and this does bother us. I apologize for the callus tone that our processors gave you. They deal with negative people on a daily basis. They are all great people and are fun to be around if they are treated in kind. I hope that you have a great day Remy and I hope that you get your license soon. One last thing that I want leave you with, if you are a minor, please bring a parent or guardian to sign for you. If you are under the age of 18 we cannot issue you a driver's license without your parents permission. This is per state law, not a Power Tags policy.

Had problems due to my insurance when trying to get my registration sticker. Kim was absolutely WONDERFUL and so helpful in leading me in the right direction on how to fix this problem. Went in this morning and thought i wasn’t going to end up getting my sticker today but Kim made sure it happened! This will be the only motor vehicle business i go to from now on. They were all exceptional!!!

I've been here twice to renew my ID. While the employees were friendly, the wait time is absolutely something they need to work on. Each time I waited over 2 hours. I usually go to Coolidge which takes me 15 minutes max every time, it's shorter to drive there and back to San tan than it is to wait here. I'm not sure if they need more employees or better training but something needs to change and I'm appalled at the owners comments on some of these reviews! Acknowledge what the problems are, fix them and don't belittle the customers that are trying to keep you in business.

This place is a rip off and a joke. Hugely expensive. We were charged more than double and had to wait over three hours. Employees are crazy unprofessional (shouting at Alexa to play Stevie Nix?? and dancing??) and owner very unfriendly. Nine desks for employees and only one person able to help us. Should have gone to the MVD!!!

For instance, you did not wait over three hours and the person did not dance. She does admit that she moved around in chair to the song. Again, thank you for your review. Excellent. I cannot rave enough about this business. I highly recommend it. It is nice to not have to wait months to get in. Everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help. So much better than field offices. Wait times are so minimal and the prices are fair. Definitely a one stop shop with great staff!!! Poor reviews on here are so exaggerated, they are fair and running a business. Charging as they should. Karen's stop complaining. Love it here

Waiting over three hours for my girlfriends son to be seen to obtain a driving permit. Waiting line backed up around the building. Need more staff to meet the needs of the customers. Update: Finally able to get in after waiting for over 5 hours. I would avoid this place. Spoke with the manager Gary Powers who didn’t seem to mind that customers had to wait outside in the heat for over 5 hours to be served. His justification was that he only had 2 staff members to process drivers licenses. Once upon a time we all thought wait times and customer service at the DMV was bad. This establishment takes the prize for extremely poor performance and an uncaring attitude toward its customers. They have multiple poor reviews. It’s apparent they have no intention on improving their customer service. I will never spend another dime in a Power’s Tags establishment. If you want to save yourself some frustration and about 5 hours of your day I would recommend just scheduling an appointment with the DMV and going there instead.

After waiting three hours, I'm appalled that there isn't even a bench outside to sit on. You can stand outside, or sit on the ground. For an establishment that prides itself on its friendly atmosphere, you'd think they could purchase three benches for their customers who can always be found mulling around the outside of the other offices - for hours! Skip this place. It is worth it to drive the 20 minutes to another dmv.
Bench? You must be kidding. Our property owner does not allow for property to be vandalized. You were advise to wait somewhere comfortable and we’d call you when you are next in line to be served. All would agree, this is a great service-going the extra mile to accommodate our beloved community.

Don't waste your time on their overpriced service. Waited almost 2hrs to be told they could not help me. Refered me to the DMV. I tried to explain to the lady helping me that it was not necessary. But she declined to listen and was very dismissive when I was trying to explain my situation. Went home and logged into the new MVD now website. Got my driver's license done for 12 dollars. No hassle or needless referrals that waste hours of your time in lines. Driving is a privilege and shouldn't be made an inconvenience or an overpriced commodity.

I’ve been here several times and every time I’ve been treated well. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My most recent visit, Dallyce (I’m sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) helped me with a very complicated process of registering and inspecting my motorhome. Despite all the paperwork that was needed, she was able to get it all done in a timely manner and had me laughing during the process as well. Thank you for the help!

They were able to get me a 90 day temporary plate while I wait to get a bonded title. Bonded titles cost about 290 dollars and then another estimated becuasd they didnt know 200 dollars for the title or registration idk she talked really fast and didnt like to repeate her self but that's if it passes the background check to make sure it wasnt stolen. So make sure to buy your motor toys like dirt bikes with a title other wise its gonna cost you a visit with a place ran like a DMV busy and not very nice.
A bonded title is your only solution when a vehicle is purchased without a title. However, at the end of the process, as long as it is legal, we will get you a title. Any vehicle is not authorized to be bought it sold without a title. We’re providing you with a solution. Yes, the person sold it to you without a title and you were okay with that person mot having an ownership document? We wish you the very best. And we can help. We process an average of 30 bonded titles each month.

Not courteous at all. Went near end of day and didn’t expect to get everything done but was hoping to finish some of my list. Excuse after excuse, no solutions on why or how something could be done. Mother(owner) came to rescue of daughter that didn’t need help, just was getting to the answer. Accused my disabled wife of being “nasty”, my wife said nothing offensive just was looking for solutions. Rude rude rude, didn’t give a chance to get out of there with anything Will file complaint with MVD or ADOT, don’t patronize this business , save yourself the time, MVD May be slow or busy but treat you right and with respect especially to the disabled

My experience at this office was not good not pleasant not timely in fact it was terrible. Upon entering this facility I could not help but notice the stench and the dirt in this building, there were dead roaches on the floor. I am not making this up. So I tried to find what the process was there. Basically how to register. Another customer said need to sign in, okay, so I signed in. Clip board way to right of facility. After 35 minutes I asked where I was on list, only to find out I had signed in on wrong clipboard. There’s another way to left of facility. Okay, so now I sign in again my wait starts over. After another hour and ten minutes they call my name. Take a photo. Now the photo machine locks up. Another 10 minutes while they figure it out. So now I get over to window B and this little lady is barking out commands she loved to let everyone know she was in charge. I hand her all pertinent information trying to keep up with her commands. She looks at my social security card and flings it back at me stating this is worn cannot use it. Now I believe it is a bit worn as I have had it for forty years, but it’s legible. She starts yelling at me as I was getting my son and states that I was upset with her, well I didn’t argue with you is all I said. I couldn’t help but tell her I had been watching her for nearly two hours treat people badly. Anyway I left there drove to Coolidge with same documents same social security card I paid my twenty five dollars and walked out with what I went there for. I don’t suggest going through this experience at this facility that woman must drive to work on her broom. It is a dirty dirty facility.

I went in to get a name change. They insisted I needed things that I didn’t. The young lady argued and told me that the MVD location in AJ was wrong and sent me away. Long story short, she was wrong. She was rude and unhelpful.

OWNER RESPONSES ARE EYE-OPENING! I was looking for a near-by alternative to going to the Apache Junction DMV so took a quick scan of the reviews. My goodness! I have never seen a business owner respond to negative reviews with such sarcasm and replies that belittle the writer. Never an apology, never sorry their customer had a bad experience--just nasty little jabs. Very unprofessional.

Thank you for always going above and beyond. My husband needed to get his out of state tags and license plate switched to AZ. I'm not on the vehicle so I was unable to do it for him. I met him up at the office after he got off work but he got stuck in traffic on the way to meet me. I explained the situation and they were very nice and accommodating in waiting for him to get there.
