Chase Bank W Golf Club Dr, San Tan Valley

I had a need for the Chase to provide a letter concerning my account. It was an unusual request but the bank worked until they could fully satisfy the required paperwork. Dave at the front desk was especially helpful in insuring everything was done correctly.

The manager on duty is completely useless. He provided inaccurate answers to my questions. I had to call Chase customer service to get the correct answer which contradicted the local manager.

I was in today to open an account. I had an appointment with Joy. She was rude and nasty to me on how she talk to me.. I don't recommend making an appointment with joy.. the worst experience I have ever had opening an account

Went in to add my girlfriend to my account, and was in and out within 15 minutes! Thank you Nasser for your swift help and for answering all of our questions!

Chase Bank is by far the worst banking company I've ever dealt with. They dont want you to have a bank account unless you are making them money, i.e. charging you insufficient funds penalties, etc. This place should be bulldozed to the ground and a parking lot should be put in its place. FIRE EVERYONE THAT SUPPOSEDLY WORKS HERE.

After 11 years of going to this bank, and after the staff is just rude, and refuse to handle a deposit, with NO cash back. (even after they KNOW you) she even OVERRODE what the branch manager told us about a month ago. We will NEVER go back to this branch. A different branch manager said that you were being ridiculous about the entire transaction. Its really too bad, because we have developed a great relationship with the other tellers.

Great experience. Needed to add a signer to my accounts. We walked in and were immediately invited to an office. Within 15 minutes we were done and on our way.

People are not lying about the terrible customer service here! Like come on we can’t do everything on the app unless you guys give us more access to do more..

Whoever the only banker they have working on Saturday October 16 2021 that is authorized to notarize documents needs additional training. After waiting for him to figure out how to find me in the system, he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t notarize my paperwork. First time using this chase. And the last. I was the 2nd person to leave his office upset. He’s not doing your brand any good.

This has to be the worst Chase Bank location in the valley. I am always treated like trash despite my longstanding relationship with Chase. The "Private Client" representative is the absolute worst offender, she is uppity, rude, & often misrepresents Chase policy to make it look worse for the customer than it actually is which is never helpful. The tellers also have an attitude that the customers are not worth their time, long lines, don't disclose fees (just debit the account), don't listen to what you said just do what they think, exchange uppity glances with each other if a customer asks for service. I'd expect this kind of behavior if a homeless person walked into a North Scottsdale location begging for change but here & with their customers? Typical of an environment where the manager inspires the bad attitude, this location has been this way for years. I avoid this place whenever possible and I'm always disappointed as they seem to find a new low everytime. There's a fantastic location with a drive up teller & excellent service on Ellsworth in Queen Creek OR just open your accounts at BofA across the street.
