Just confirming, you all are right. First, I got three different responses to the same question from CSRs on three different states. Next, why the hell do they only have hours when everyone is working? No Saturdays, late opens, early closes. THEN AFTER HAVING MY ACCOUNT FOR TWO MONTHS, I ALMOST HAD THOUSANDS TAKEN FROM ME DUE TO FRAUD. And the CSR said it would have been all my fault if the money disappeared. Froze the account, but can’t get an appointment for a week. This is horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before investing my time, money, and patience.

Over a year ago I thought I wrote this review for this branch. After talking with others about their bad experience here I tried to find my review and couldn’t. So after about a year of sleeping on it here it is. I came to this branch with a direct deposit form from the DOD to get paid for my national guard service. I was greeted and told that’s no problem and to wait for the next available banker. After about an hour I was finally seen and was told that they do not sign anything a customer brings in. I stated that their signature is required to get this rolling. It’s also a very common thing for anyone getting direct deposit from the Army to fill out this form. All they had to do was sign it stating yes I have a bank account there. After about 20 minutes of arguing she began getting rude and giving me attitude. She also said it’s bank policy and no other branch would assist me. With no sign of the manager I left with a generic direct deposit form from the bank that does me no good. I ended up driving to another branch in chandler where I sat down for about 5 minutes told them what I needed. They said “absolutely we do this all the time. Thank you for your service” have a good day. Thanks Bank of America in San Stan Valley.

Friendly staff. However this bank has a very aggravating work ethic. I arrived at 8:30 figured the girls would be settled in and go to open the door and its locked. I look at the door and realize they don't open till 10AM. WHY?!? So I go in later in the day and there are about 8 people in line. Only 1 teller though. But there are 2 other staff members who i guess help expedite the line. But there are both standing their with nothing to do while the other one is doing all the work! After going to a few Bank of America's this seems to be the normal practice for their business. I think its terrible customer service!! Especially when I have waited now 30 minutes to get to the 1 teller working the counter while the other 2 are doing NOTHING!!! @bankofamerica why is this ok?!?! I don't have an account with you guys I pay my rent and my landlord has an account with you guys but you always try to get me to switch to your bank! What incentive is there for me to switch?!? To wait in long lines that take up so much of my valuable time!!! I don't think so!!!

I had an absolute terrible experience with this bank. I was signed in and told i would only wait 10-15 minutes to be helped. Not only did it take an hour and 15 minutes just to be seen, a manager set up my new account completely wrong. When she opened my new personal account she synced it with my younger sister's and i's joint account that i have no participation with. Which took a half hour to do. Then she was supposed to set up my online banking and i tried to sign in and it did not find my account. Not only did she mess that up, the bank put a hold on my check since it is not through them, which is understandable but still an inconvenience. She lacked customer service, and was not talkative at all. And i felt like i was just another quota that needed to be met. Fast forward to when i left to Walmart. my card kept declining because she linked it to the wrong account. so i needed to leave and go back to get it checked out. Just complete terrible experience with this bank. Will not be going back for any reason.

What a horrible bank, won't cash a bank of America check unless you have an account or they want to charge you! That's the stupidest thing I have ever heard to charge to cash your own banks checks, employee and manager were very rude! Thank god I don't have an account here sounds like they nickel and dime you till your broke.

Why even have this branch here? Complete joke! Seriously thinking of closing my account and moving to a bank without ghost building’s. Complete fail imo

The bank tellers here are so, incredibly slow. They never seem to have more than one on staff at a time. However, the banking team is super efficient. I'd highly suggest more training for all of the tellers.

Lol won't even answer the phone. But alas can't expect delusional people, which is any who paper chase while calling themselves Christians, to be able to actually function with any sort of competence I guess

The branch manager was the greeter. I said I wanted to speak to a banker about my account. She started asking me all the questions the banker needed to know to look up my account and help me. I became irritated, since the banker was sitting at her desk waiting for me. I told the manager, I felt all the questioning was totally unnecessary. A waste of my time and that her job was totally nonproductive for a branch manager. I don't think she got it!

This Bank of America has been putting all my checks on delay it doesn’t matter how much the amount is. They flag my checks every time. I’ve tested to see if any other branch would put my check on hold and nope I get my check almost instantly. They have something against minorities!! I’ve been inside as well and they are extremely rude. Avoid this Bank of America.
