extreme poor quality of service from Tom, I called to inquire about my closing info for my PSFCU and he attempted to give me legal advice, which i didn't need and when i told him this he got defensive and upset! Started to raise his voice at me the PSFC is a horrible as well no wonder they work together! BBB review is next!

There was a lot of close communication throughout the entire process and no delays in the work. When it turned out I needed help preparing my loan documents, the owner, Tom, not only helped me handle this but also played a role in ensuring everything was recorded properly without me having to look for additional service providers. I sold my condo last year and have had nothing but problems with them. First my name was incorrectly written on the check after the sale and I had problem depositing it (correctly written in every other document), they never updated the actual sale price on most of the documents. Now the IRS is sending me a notice of unpaid taxes on this property. I've since spoken with the IRS and they received a different amount than what is listed on my closing documents. Now I have to deal with them and find this missing money. Do not use this company, they are incompetent and have poor quality service.
