    I think her name was Rachine. She did a great job of taking care of me and calming me down. My cards were stolen but she and the rest of her staff did a great job putting out a fraud alert and being able to send me new cards. I was a nervous wreck and very upset but after talking to Rachine, my nerves were calm and I was able to get through my day. Thank you to Rachine and the rest of the staff at this Chase for reassuring me that I was protected, my money wasn’t lost and that I’ll get my cards back again.

    Best Chase Bank branch I've ever been to, Giovanni was very kind and helpful when he assisted me in opening my account, he helped me set up direct deposit and gave very helpful advice on my credit score. Rhicia was also very kind and patient, she was very nice and friendly and definitely made for a great experience.

    Ridiculously Slow!! They really need some help or better time management. Always a long wait to see a teller. From this Covid-19 it's even worse, you have to stand outside 6ft apart which is 100% fine, no issue with that. The issue I do have is an employee that comes out to the line asking customers what they need to do and asking for the amount of a check that needs to be cashed, asking you how much is in your account to see if you can cover it. How much are you trying to withdrawal, how much are you depositing etccc. All info that I'm sure customers do not want heard from other customers. I mean there are atm's outside as well as online check deposit, if a person is at a bank it's for good reason. Instead of having someone outside not helping why not have that person behind the counter really helping someone. Almost an hour on line outside....

    This bank and the branch manager sucks. He obviously isn't managing this place. The drive-through has been out of service for months now. It is a major inconvenience to bring my new born child inside. You would think they would have more personnel inside to move the lines along. Not the case. The parking lot also is too small...always accidents. Each visit I ask when the drive through will be fixed. I get a plethora of excuses that the parts are too old to repair. Then how about rip the whole system out and start fresh. Don't go here unless you have an hour to waste or you want some fresh dents put on your car.

    Would not allow a cash deposit into my wifes account even with the same last names on our ID. Our mortgage is due in a few days and she cannot leave the house due to Covid. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

    As far as banks go I've had fairly good experiences here. As the teller is going to be very courteous. I've also had a few overdraft fees taken off simply by asking which is really appreciated. Apparently they don't do personal loans anymore, so they're more of a place to cash my check than anything.

    Giovanni Mendez - This guy don’t know what he is doing. Chase Should not allow him to talk to their business clients. Ranting about his co- worker saying Jeancarlos is a non reliable employee & never come to work on time & stuff. There are some paperwork emailed to him prior to me getting there on my appointment. When asked he said without even looking at his computer I did not get it. Once told to check said he see the email but can not open it because if chase bank policy !! Was there to open my 5 th Chase business account. Also told me that I should go to other bank because he can not open account for me. I did go to other branch and open a account.

    Was told by one representative that I would be helped and when someone became available to discuss my situation, I was told to come back TWO HOURS LATER. That I needed an appointment when one was never necessary. Get your act together CHASE

    Whoever runs this place is making Chase on a whole look terrible. Twice now I have been here and ended up leaving because I could not get someone to even talk to me while waiting over half an hour. The first time I was considering them for mortgage and the second time I was trying to park 30 grand by opening a savings account. Don't go to this branch it will taint your image of Chase completely.

    I now understand why most of chase banks have a terrible review, while inside alone waiting to be helped a man has an issue with logging into his account because of one of the people there that helped him set it up, and that’s not even my problem. Now I deposited a check after running back and forth in between chase banks where one doesn’t cash checks and another that told me they can’t cash it due to being a TD check... understandable! I went to a TD bank to cash this check because money was necessary but they could not do it for me for their own reasons. So I contacted my chase bank and told them I need to make payments for necessities I was told 24 hours and it’ll clear, that was the 8th... it is now the 12th and the check has still not been cleared because “they have the right to hold my check” not only have I been running around trying to keep food in my stomach and gas in my car but to keep my job. Now why am I being told one thing and then another and that I won’t see MY money until the 17th is beyond me. I do not recommend any chase bank because none of them will ever try to help you, they’ll just smile when they see you walk out of the door and they don’t have to worry about it. If you feel like you want to sign up for chase go ahead and do it, I won’t stop you but you’ll realize fast what a mistake you made.
