Capital One Bank Browertown Rd, Woodland Park

If I could give this a 0 star, I would. I had gone to make a deposit of $2,000. The atm receipt only read $1500 when it came out of the ATM. I went to teller right away & teller they gave me people to claim this issue that they do not have access to the machine. I was willing to count machine right there. I had contacted the people a few times and now they have denied my claim. I am in need of real help as someone is lying or stole my money. Do not got to this branch for anything. Makes me really want to take all of my money out of this bank. I have been nothing but a loyal customer for MANY years. VERY disappointed!

Went to this branch asking for help with unauthorized transactions on my account they were very unprofessional telling me "they cannot help" "call the customer service line there's nothing we can do." I feel that resolving any issue a customer may have sometimes works better in person than over the phone, specially when all employees (tellers and behind the desk employee) are gathered around socializing instead of going that extra mile to exceed satisfaction. One disappointing service experience. Customer service is the single most important factor in deciding whether a customer will stay with a bank or switch to another.

CMG MARKETING. Wait so YOU were upset because you were told that the cashiers check will be ready the next business day? Is it really the cashiers fault that you thought Saturday was a business day? What bank considers Saturday a business day? Id love to bank there. I checked your profile and all you do is bash businesses, That's terrible. I bank here all the time and they are a delight to work with. Is it busy? Absolutely and it drives me crazy but if you do not want to deal with a human then do your banking online. It's not that difficult especially with a marketing background right?

If I could give 0 stars I would, I go here to be told that the “power is out” there is a security guard and a bank teller working and all the lights are on, I use the ATM in the back and it eats my card and fat lard of a security guard gives me a customer service line that doesn’t help me in the slightest. Don’t come here or by extension any location. Switch to a different bank.

I came here to open up an account. There were 3 lady working . I was on the line when my serial came the other 2 ladies they closed there windows. I waited 20 minutes nobody came to help me. I guess because of the color of my skin otherwise they wouldn’t closed both windows in same time . I felt Discriminated.I would never go there again. My visiting time was 2:35.

I just was at the door at 11:56 AM the doors were locked at the front of the bank the girl waves her hands behind the teller line saying we’re closed at 12:01 proceeds to walk out to the lobby where several people are been waiting and says we’re closed when she clearly saw I was there and there were others there as well in the lobby waiting to get in prior to closing ridiculous this explains why their locations are closing. What a poor pathetic way to treat people I can see if it was closed already it will be completely understood.

Bad customer service and employees in this branch so un professionals so slow and always they do wrong transaction

I’ve been banking with them for a few months. Lot’s of checks going in my account. I went there with a cashiers check which is as good as having cash in your hands. I asked the teller if this check would be available and cleared the next day, and he stated Yes. But he forget to tell me it was Friday and they don’t do business on a Saturday. Now I had to wait 72hrs Smh ...These people don’t know nothing and are a bunch of clueless workers.

Never had a problem at this location or in general. Employees here are always helpful and honest. Capital one bank is also so easy to use online and doesn’t charge fees for every little thing like some other banks I’ve used. Been using capital one for more than a decade and have never been unhappy with them.

Better call before going on a Saturday. Branch was supposed to have been open, but was closed. Called the 800# to confirm Parsippany was open and when we arrived, they were closed as well. Called customer service to assist with timely transfers- disconnected. So done with this bank!
