Everyone i dealt with while getting my loan was extremely friendly and courteous. Cheyenne was an absolute sweetheart and took her job very seriously. She made sure everything was 100% accurate and to my liking. They can keep great conversations so you don't get bored while waiting. However, this was one of the fastest trips I've made to get a loan. Will definitely be doing my business here from now on. Would recommend to anyone.

Charmaine was super helpful in assisting me through the online banking system change yesterday. She truly showed her customer service abilities in a very stressful situation. She helped several of us at the same time to navigate the change and never lost her cool! Her and Cheyanne deserve a bonus in my opinion.

It doesn't matter when we call, they are always prompt and ready to help us. I definitely feel that we are well taken care of and that they look out for our best interests at all times. Two words....Cheyenne Dean!!!! Cheyenne is knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and helpful. Cheyenne and Point Bank are a great combination.
