PNC Bank High St, Wadsworth

they never answer the phone even though they require to call ahead to schedule appointments for notaries. i've called multiple times, the call stays on hold for ten minutes and hangs up. Why require call ahead if you don't answer the phone?

they charge you $7 each month if you dont have direct deposit. this bank literaly blows.

This branch is WAY better than the one in Montrose. PNC bank on average is still slower at transactions than most other banks.

Laura has no customer service skills. She is the only teller that insist I have a debit card with my account . Mind you I'm direct deposit , so they can see my payroll check was deposited and I'm providing acct no With ID but she still refuses to do her job. The other tellers at that very same branch allow me to withdraw my hard earned money without a problem at all. So does medina branch. Laura is disgrace to your whole branch

Called to get covid info,they me feeling I was invading there territory, what do you want where busy I just hung up nobody needs to be treated like that. I will be removing my accounts Norman Wagar

Find a different bank. Credit unions the way to go because they dont charhe your account monthly if you dont have direct deposit.

Don't bother going here if you need to deposit money. They don't have anyone here to assist you. This company has lost all customer service.

Your drive thru lanes need to be widened, or you need to move locations. I can not get my truck through your lanes. I tried to deposit a large amount of money today and was unable too. The manager Nicholas Desimmone was rude and told me he drives the same truck I do, and he has no problem getting through the drive thru. Nicholas are you discriminating my driving because I am a woman. Made a complaint to the corporate office today over this issue. I hope he is reprimanded for the way he spoke to a customer today. I plan on moving our money to another bank with a easier drive thru and better management. Highly unsatisfied,

These tellers are always lovely and personable. Professional, next level service. I enjoy banking here because I know everything will go smoothly and I trust they are doing everything they can in my best interest.

There are no words to describe the lack of customer service and professionalism this bank has demonstrated time and time again. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
