If you choose to work with this office, make sure you do not work with Gabe M. Unfortunately he does not give out the full details of certain programs offered and then when you get all information together that is originally required, the offer changes and he "can no longer help" even though he is the "manager". If this is how all business is dealt with through this office then I would avoid at all costs. Who knows what other shady aspects are happening when people are not given the full details up front.
