PNC Bank S L B J Dr, San Marcos

My elderly mother had been nervous about having to go in to the bank to update her account due to the changeover. She decided to call the bank at 4:30pm today and was connected with Lisa, Branch Manager. My mother said Lisa was so very helpful, patient, understanding and went out of her way to take care of updating my mother's account. She was on the phone for an hour. Thank you so very much Lisa!! My mother will sleep better tonight.

This place is disgusting. They have nasty stains on their chairs for people to sit while they are waiting. I preferred to stand for the 30 min wait. The carpet is worn and stained and the smell is horrendous somewhat between a baby’s diaper and mildewed carpet. Not to mentioned they don’t bother to tell you their ridiculous wire fees before the transaction. Yes I’ll take some responsibility for not asking but it’s typical courtesy at most banks.

If you can help it, don't go to this location. Went through the drive through to deposit my paycheck before class and they held me up for 30 minutes telling me they weren't going to give my debit card back because I shouldn't have access to my own account that I've been using for years to pay my bills. There were no other customers so it wasn't busy or anything. The lady, wish I asked her name, didn't even appoligise when she realised it was her fault and she was wrong. So unless you want to risk being locked out of your account for no reason, go somewhere else.

Love these guys. Just recently met Kyle with the small business department and Greg a branch exec and they're great. So helpful, and they have so many amazing products. I've really been impressed with this bank!

The friendly customer service here—where they even know my name—makes the drive worth it. I haven’t changed banks even though there isn’t a BBVA in the town we moved to two years ago.

I thought BBVA was bad. PNC is even worse. Customer service sucks. I cannot use the app to transfer funds from my account to my landlord who is also a PNC customer.

Wish I could provide 0 stars. Tried calling the last 20 minutes before closing, no one answered the phone and we arrived right before closing and they had already locked up and left. We have multiple accounts and will be moving them. So disappointed with the service at this branch. We live 25 miles from the branch and our local atm has been out of money for weeks. Not worth it at all to continue using this bank!!!

ATM is not accepting deposits and drive thru window not open at all on weekends. Get with the 21st century PNC!

The people at this bank are incredible Lisa and Samara have gone above and beyond to help me with my account. Great people great bank I'm not even in the states and they have made my life so easy if not for there help I don't know what I would do

I created a checking account in September, 2015. When I went back a little over a month ago in April, it was gone. They had let somebody who was not me go in, withdraw all my money and close the account. So, I filed for an investigation. They promised me that I would get my money back in my new checking account (all together it took over an hour to start an investigation and open a new account) and I have heard nothing from them about the investigation nor have I received any of my money in my new account. I am very disappointed in the service they provided me.
