PNC Bank S Black Horse Pike, Williamstown

Went in there for what I thought would be something simple. Just needed to change my email and password used for my account, also wanted to see if I could remove my mother from the account since it was opened when I was still a minor. Ended up getting told that I was "overthinking" things and asked if "we were speaking the same language" by a lady with a heavy accent. Unprofessional and unhelpful. Ended up leaving without resolving anything. Thanks, PNC!

I am always personally greeted and helped without a long wait, often no wait at all. All the employees are super nice and the hours of operation are very accommodating. PNC credit card is one of the best out there. I have been very happy banking with them for 10 years.

I went in with my son and got nothing but the best service. Sylvia took care of us & the gentlemen (I believe the manager) was extremely nice to my kiddo. PNC is the best of the best but this branch is fantastic. Love going here!

Lobby is closed due to COVID. Bank is capable of operating 2 drive thru lanes. They only run one. I just sat in line for an hour because of this. Get real.

I never had a problem with Pnc. They have great customer service and where else can you get 3 accounts for the price of 1

Seems this bank is always a Customer Service disaster waiting to happen! Latest encounter Called the bank 2x about their notary service, for a bill of sale. Made an appointment arrived with my buyer all needed paperwork as per the branch representative during my phone call. Notary Service refused bc my buyer was not a PNC account holder. TD Bank to the rescue, notary service free, without anyone being an account holder.

Do not bank with these people . They steal your money. I also was overdrawn 2 dollars and they charged me 100 within less than 2 weeks until my direct deposit came in. Horrible people . Like stealing money from the blind . Got another bank who doesn’t charge me at all for overdrawn accounts .

Tried depositing my check on the PNC app nearly 10 times. I tried on Friday.. it said the service was temporarily unavailable and to try again later-- OK fine maybe having some technical difficulties. I tried again a few times on Saturday...AND Sunday. What’s up with your app?? It’s supposed to be convenient. This isn’t the first time this is happened to me either. But at least last time it worked after a few tries.

They know how to take my money, but would not do a notary for me. Horrible service avoid

The tellers and reps always go above and beyond to help you out. Very friendly as well I might add...
