Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) N Black Horse Pike, Williamstown

Went to Bank of America in Williamstown on the Blackhorse pike to open a checking account with my girlfriend and was greeted very soon after walking in. Sue was the person who helped us and she was awesome. She had a great personality, very friendly, helpful and professional. There was another employee greeting people as they came through the door and asking how she could help them. We were in the bank about 30 minutes and on our way. We had a great experience there, people were friendly and down to earth.

The absolute worst experience. After waiting in line to speak to a teller as I explained what I was there for the teller seemed to have zero clue what I was asking . (I had spoken with a branch manager about what I was asking prior to arrival and was just repeating what I was told) after the woman rudely asked me if I even had a BOA account and I responded with of course that’s why I’m here another woman passed by to further be unhelpful told me to calm down as I again tried to explain what I was doing and told me to have a seat and wait for her to finish what she was doing before she took the time to figure out what I needed (same thing they told the woman i was waiting for ahead of me upon arrival ) so basically told me to get in line behind a woman I already waited for, for her to be helped . I left . Called another branch and they helped me instantly . I was in the other branch in and out in under 5 min . This branch just simply didn’t want to take 2 min to understand what I was asking for or want to help me . I would give 0 stars if I could .

The teller didn’t “have patience” to handle my cash. So sorry that I bring sorted money that’s separated by amounts to be deposited. I’m sorry but isn’t that a banks job? To handle money? Terrible.

I was thinking about opening up a HSA account and transferring my other hsa to here, but after reading these reviews I decided not to. They have better rates than TD, but aggravation is not worth it.

THE ATM SUCKED UP MY CREDIT CARD AND I AM NOW BROKE

I've been a customer since 2005 and the staff has been great with assisting me over the years. The company does have some policies I don't like especially regarding cash deposits. The hours aren't really convenient with no drive thru teller just ATM but overall I'm satisfied with the services I have received.

State of Art drive 🚗 thru ATM. Setup for digital and contactless transactions. Very easy to reach from your Automobile 🚘 without doing any acrobatics🙃

Terrible bank. Ridiculous policies. Unfortunately, my employer has chosen to use this bank. Each time I, or anyone else, has to make a cash deposit, the teller requires photo identification. Who do they not trust? It is CASH!! For the past several months, I have used an expired license as I do not trust them any more than they trust me. Today, for the first time, it became an issue. When I strongly objected , it was accepted. Either it was acceptable or it was not. Obviously it was or this crazy lady would not have taken it. She just wanted to be difficult like everything else related to this bank.

Teller sent me the wrong slip then helped 2 customers in the bank before coming back to me.
