TD Bank Sicklerville Rd, Williamstown

For a company that boasts about it's customer service, they sure don't have great customer service.

The one lady that works there is just plain mean and has a huge attitude for no reason. She matches the bank with her work suits. But seriously she’s just not a nice person or pleasant to deal with.. I drive the extra 15 minutes to another branch so I don’t have to deal with her. Those other branches are great!

I made a call to this TD bank and Eileen answered. I asked a simple question and instead of listening to what I had to say she continuously interrupted me and rushed me off the phone. Very rude and unprofessional.

I've been a customer for over 20 years. I deposited a check for 4000 in my savings account. The bank is holding it for 6 business days for it to clear. It's a bank check from credit union in Moorestown. Stear clear of TD bank. There services stink since Vernon Hill sold it.

Always to deposit or withdrawals. Customer service is allsome. Not all accounts ar dirable and customer fees

Excellent customer service at this location. Darius Johnson the Sales and Service Manager is extremely professional, friendly and helpful. It is always my pleasure to visit my TD Bank!

What a pathetic bank! We had to go there yesterday for a business transaction and my 8 year old son really had to go to the bathroom. I mean really go. I would never ask anyone to use their restroom unless it was an emergency. I asked the manager if my son could use the bathroom and he refused. I explained the situation and begged him to let my son please go. He flat out refused! I understand it’s COVID season still and they have to be careful yet he’s a child. I will never ever do business with or at TD Bank, ever! You people are a disgrace!

Way to many fees with TD Bank & poor customer service! We had this bank since the 1990's when it was Commerce bank that had free checking with no fees! We have now switched to a credit union, interest bearing & no fees!

They literally lost a business deposit... I 6 deposits for my business in through the drive-thru. Received 5 deposit slips back. I brought this to the tellers attention and she told me she only got 5 deposits. I counted them just before I put them in. All 6 went into the drawer. Things happen, it could have fallen through the drawer or got lost somehow but they had no interest in helping me. Just told me I was wrong and to move on because they had a line. That's insane. I lost several hundred dollars. I've been trying to get in touch with management but they are always unavailable or just don't answer the phone. Do your banking elsewhere, there are much better options around.

Worst branch ever!! TD is supposed to be convinient and have great hours well doesn't look like here. ATM hasn't worked in 3 weeks and instead of taking care of it off hours they do it on the weekends when you cant get into the branch until 9 or 11 am. Freaking ridiculos!!!
