PNC Bank William Penn Hwy, Easton

Tellers have had trouble counting my money accurately in the drive thru on 2 occasions, both times would have resulted in a loss on my end if I didn't catch it. Be wary and count your money before you drive away! They're usually really friendly! But that doesn't help much if you lose money while conducting business here...

Very racist only helped white counterparts and completely ignored me.

My favorite branch. Greeted with joy every trip. Fantastic tellers, love the personal bankers, and great managers. Would recommend using this branch for any loans or account needs.

This place is unbelieveable. I walk in, am the only customer in the entire bank with three employees working, I patiently wait approximately five minutes, which felt like an eternity for change. After this, I was informed that they "can only exchange currency for account holders". My money is legal tender, it came from another bank, where I will continue to do my business because not only was I turned away, no one even offered to open an account for me. This is why I am not and will never be a PNC Bank customer - too many other better options. What an infuriating waste of time.
