First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union William Penn Hwy, Easton

First Commonwealth is a fantastic credit union, and am so pleased by the service I receive. They have been my bank for well over a decade and even though I do most of my banking virtually/direct deposit these days when I do have occasion to visit in person they recognize and greet me by name.

The lack of communication and professionalism at this credit union in general is appalling. They call to schedule an appointment yesterday, I get back to them today and schedule the appointment for a closing today, take off an hour from work, only to get there and find out that the contact center set up the wrong kind of appointment, even though I came a few days ago but wouldn't let me close because we didn't have the correct ID paperwork. They don't bother to verify any information given to them nor look into anything on their calendar to see what appointments they have. I can tell you who I'm never working with again.

I go to the credit union on Wm Penn Hwy about once a week or so. I love that my experience is consistent - I'm greeted by a happy, friendly face when I walk in the door and when I walk up to the teller. Even if the line is long, it moves fast. Once, the manager came out to shake hands with each and every one of us in line - extraordinary ! I always have a pleasant conversation with the teller, too.

Credit Union's are typically known for their excellent customer service, but this one is terrible. Sent out new cards to all members, paperwork said to call a number to activate, gave instructions over the phone to destroy the old cards, went to this branch, despite multiple people all there complaining about the new catds not working, the tellers were completely unapologetic and even blamed the customers. I would've understood that maybe if only one or two people had made the mistake, but to blame multiple customers all because they did follow the phone instructions is completely unacceptable from a customer service perspective.

Everyone that I have dealt with at F.C.F.C.U. has always been extremely polite outgoing helpful but I do everything on the phone and everybody has gone out of their way to help me thank you everyone for all that you do

If you have not made he switch to this bank your missing out. First Commonwealth Federal Bank offers their members great programas like insurance and saving accounts for kids. I like the fact that I dont have to have a minimum to keep my accounts open . The ATM have so many self features that make your banking more easier especially the option where you talk to a live rep with out having to enter the bank. Also the app so convenient because I use it for transferring money to one acct to the another and looking at my expenses I can also schedule payments . I’m telling you this bank it the greatest out there . I have been with my bank for 4 years I’m not going anywhere.

From the very first day I stepped into FC FCU Palmer Branch, the Staff was friendly and eager to assist me with any banking needs!! On every visit, every time they make you feel like family and truly care about how they can do their best to help you!! If you're looking for a location to do all your banking, you have to stop by and meet the Staff. They are the BEST!!

I love my credit union!! They go above and beyond all the time and are the nicest people! The atmosphere, the cleanliness and the drive-up windows are all nice. They have a big parking lot with easy in and out back onto William Penn Hwy. I will never go back to a traditional bank again!! Thanks First Commonwealth Federal CU.

Fantastic staff that treats its client base with the utmost professionalism, very respectful and personable. Nice not to be constantly treated like a potential sale unlike many banks in the area. Have been banking with FCU for over a decade and have had no complaints.
