PNC Bank E 3rd St Loyola Shopping Ctr, Williamsport

I am a banker of yrs never had I encountered a woman like this at the bank inside giant this is the third time so I'm threw with it the last two times I was talking to a different PNC representative and she cuts him off and then acts as if I shouldn't be there says things a banker shouldn't say overall bad customer service all three times it's like she doesn't want to really see wat the problem is or wats up I already caught her lieing twice it's a complete different process at a different PNC just 2 miles away she needs to be trained on alot I will no longer use that bank in specific even though the hours are better than the other I work to hard for my money to be talked and looked at like she does 3 stars because the gentleman was great even trying to keep her mouth at bay

I opened a new account before I go off to college, and I already love this bank. Heather was very kind and knowledgeable, and made the process of settling up my new account very easy.

Use to bank here. It is located inside the Giants Food Store. The staff is super friendly.

This bank all around just sucks!!

Employees at this branch are always friendly and have been extremely helpful on multiple occasions. They seem like they actually care about their customers! When I opened a new account here, the representative was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered every question I could think of. Staff has recommended various products & services to me, which usually end up being surprisingly useful! Also sympathetic and understanding about common banking issues, and even refunded a $36 fee (due to an error) after I explained the situation. Honestly the BEST customer service I've experienced from any financial institution.
