Terrible service, they take money from your account without u knowing and won’t tell you why, rude consonants just show they don’t care about any issue u have PNC is a good bank but this branch just sucks and I will never deal with them again

Right next to the mall. Plenty of tellers. I usually get in and out pretty quick. Watch out for potholes in the mall parking lot.

Excellent customer service!! Both Jim and Angela were fantastic in helping me with a check order mishap, all the while keeping my account information exceptionally secure. Jim was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Today I sat in the drive thru behind one car for 20 mins. Last week a car ahead of me in the next lane held the drive thru up for 30 mins. I would suggest when a difficult customer comes through and backs up your drive thru lines that you ask them to come inside. No one should have to sit in your drive thru for 20 mins plus due to difficult/complicated customers. The drive thru should only be used for quick simple quick transactions. If tgwy arent quick and simple transactions your tellers should tell them they need to xome inside.

Cancelling my account with this bank, Never to return. Had the account 6 months and had to discuss issues with my balance three separate times. With no help what so ever, standard excuse is "It's how the system processes the payments, I can't do anything about it." When asked why that doesn't show up on my account statement, answer was They are two different systems. What good is online statement if it is not accurate to the real system. Cost me $120 is fees and nothing but stress and headaches.
