7 17 Credit Union California Ave, Boardman

The staff at 7 17 Credit Union always goes above and beyond my expectations. They are always pleasant and very helpful with any questions or problems I have.

We have a car loans and home equity through them. When we went ro sign for the home equity they did not provide checks for as they were suppose to and we opened a checking account through them and when requesting a couple starter checks from them it was like it was a big issue. And we weren't given a card for either account with the actual account on them. I have always been provided these things when starting any account

I can not express how great the service was at 717! All I can say is they make it happen! it was easy and painless. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic especially Alex in the loan department and Melissa over at the Boardman branch. from a phone call on Monday to Signing papers on Wednesday. Who does this? Missy my loan officer was awesome! She walked me through the process and answered all my questions and there was a lot she’s very patient and genuinely interested in you. She’s awesome! And I have a new and better car loan on my equinox thank you missy!

I have always had positive experiences with 7/17.All the staff and the manager are very kind and helpful. I just had an experience with someone sending me 2- fake checks for over3,900.00$ of wish I cashed at the bank without them putting a hold on them (my bad) . They didn’t put a hold on them because all my deposits have always gone through. I worked with the California Avenue Manager and without hesitation she went to the loan department for me & immediately they wrote up a 2-year loan for me !!Thank you Lynn,& Debbie in the Fraud Department 🙏 Bless You All.Dennis J.Zitello Sr.

Everyone was very helpful, especially Jose and Missy. They were more than accommodating and understanding of my situation and was able to help me despite how time sensitive it was. I highly recommend Jose and Missy.

If I could give no stars at all I would. This bank is the worst place to bank. And they all act like you are some kind of bother because they have to do their job. Just as soon as I’m able to, Closing all my accounts with them.

The service I received was excellent. The thing I liked the most was I didn't feel pressured when I was given tasks to complete. They were patient understanding and didn't keep asking me for more information. They kept moving the process along and when there was something they thought I should be aware of they informed me . I'm was thrilled that I qualified and that I was approved so quickly . Everyone I had contact with treated me with respect as well. This was definitely a great experience.

This is the second auto loan I have taken with 7 17 and everyone there was more than helpful and accommodating. Even with the challenge of working with a private seller the process was smooth. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our loan officer was Patty Whitaker and she always does a great job. Kind, respectful, friendly and professional. She is a veteran at the Boardman location and represents one of the highest examples of how business should be conducted. Patty was a buffer to a frustrating experience with one of my accounts and followed through to fruition for a long time CU member. Thank you!
