PNC Bank Gattis School Rd, Round Rock

After having some issues w/ PNC itself, the manager was able to get my issue resolved and my rent money back just in the nick of time. This specific branch has a nice Credit Union feel, something other branches lack. They may be a bit understaffed, but they are all nice people.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. The banker was extremely rude and appeared to be a little raciest. We arrived at 4:40. All I needed to do was add my daughter to my account. The banker advised as long as my daughter's profile information was in the system it could be done, and it was. She then proceeds to say well the prep questions aren't answered and she couldn't help us...she didn't have time. She then asks if we can come back Saturday NOT Friday because they are open until 6pm. Overall this banker was NOT professional and was rude...didn't smile... Signed - not a happy customer of 20 yrs

My 5-star review is based solely on in person, customer service at the Compass, located at 3740 Gattis School Road, Round Rock, TX 78664; not my dismay with the Georgetown location. The staff here is friendly, fast, attentive, professional and a pleasure to work with. I circumvent using the Compass in Georgetown due to the manager being condescending, arrogant, short and rude. I didn't appreciate being talked down to by somebody with a resume that wouldn't even register as a blip on my radar of accomplishments in life. Reiterating, the folks on Gattis School Road are fantastic! That gal in Georgetown could learn a lot from my people in Round Rock...

The lady that works the window is the nicest person. She goes the extra mile for me!

BBVA Compass is the worst bank I have ever worked with, run away as fast as you can. Customer service is horrible, bank fees charged in error and 3 day hold on checks.

I banked with Compass, then BBVA Compass, then BBVA for 20 years until they were acquired by PNC.The transition did not go smoothly and the PNC employees seem to go out of their way to be unhelpful. I can't recommend anyone use this bank. I moved all my accounts to another bank.

Very upset with the service at this branch. For the past 3 months I've had to wait for a teller to service me in the drive through for almost 15 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME. All I'm making is a deposit so I have no clue why it should take this long if I'm 1 of 4 people in line. Not to mention they make the process go incredibly slower by only have 2 of the 3 teller lines open and it's been closed for almost a year now. Very dissatisfied with how careless they are depositing money in the account they "think" it should go into instead of double checking names and account numbers. I have currently been waiting for someone to speak to me as I have already sent my check in and it's been 7 minutes and no one has even greeted me. Branch needs serious management upgrade. Seriously considering removing all accounts amd closing business accounts as well. Very VERY dissatisfied

Takes 30 mins to do anything at this bank. Stay away!

This bank has very pore customer service. If you open an account with them you will face same problems.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location/branch. The Manager is nasty & ATM is always broken down.
