PNC Bank Braselton Hwy, Dacula

I just left this location. I was in a rush with a small window of time and needed a form Notarized. I showed up and even though it was very busy inside, Ricardo helped get it done quickly while he juggled other people. Excellent customer service.

Just got a loan approved and everyone was very helpful. First met with Ricardo, then Becky when I had some additional questions over the phone and finally Mishelle was the person who handled the process. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. My personal unsecured loan was approved in about 4 days.

Service has always been good, however as a bank they are about as usefull as a toothache. To get a loan approved here is nearly impossible. It takes great lengths to do that and even then they give excuses. Years ago we went for a home loan and we got tired if jumping through hoops. That with another bank we got approved within one day. Also their overdraft fees are astronomically high. Other than that, nice people that work there so.

Went this PNC to transfer some money from my Wingsfinancial account to my PNC account because my Wingsfinancial debit card has been compromised, and the representative there gave me five minutes to pull money out of my account before she shut my card off. Upon pulling up to this PNC location the ATM was down. So I went inside and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk. She explained that the ATM was out of order, which is not her fault. But simply putting up an “Out of Order sign” would stop many customers from wasting their time sitting at the ATM machine. Then she refused to run my Wingsfinancial debit card because she was stuck on the word “compromised” instead of listening to the fact that I had about 2 minutes at that point to pull cash off of my Wingsfinancial card. She pointed to the gas station across the parking lot and said that she couldn’t do anything with a card that’s shut off. WHICH IT WASN'T YET. I quickly went to the gas station and pulled money out of their ATM luckily. At this point I was pretty irritated with the lady working the front counter at PNC and decided that there was no point in even having an account with them if they couldn’t do such a simple request. When I walked back into PNC she pointed at another employee and asked them to take care of me, which indicated to me that she’s even worse at customer service than I had previously thought.

This is one of the nicest banks I’ve ever been to. Wonderful people, great service, and they go out of their way if something arises to help.

Camilo is always super nice and takes great care of me! I highly recommend this branch simply because of his high level of customer service! He’s so awesome and super duper efficient!! Love working with Camilo!

I walked in the bank one day and a nice man opened the door before I could even get it and was very friendly. He then noticed I was going to have to wait before someone could help me, so he stepped behind the desk and had me checked out in no time and then another very nice lady already had the door open for me before I was even near it. This is coming from a 29 year old male... not many people get the doors for me. Pretty outstanding customer service that wasn't even needed but still did it.

Every time I come in. I get attitude, no smiles, and very awkward and judgemental customer service. I also learn a new "rule" every time I come in. All I do is pay my auto loan in person. Unfortunately that's once a month.

I have done business with pnc at this location for a few years now. There are a very nice staff there waiting to help you in anyway shape or possible. They get what you need within minutes.keepup the great work p n c.
