Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Braselton Hwy, Dacula

Bank of America is making people wait outside in 38 degree weather to do a simple deposit. No drive through, no night drop. I couldn’t use the atm. Worst business service I’ve ever seen. Just close already because you obviously don’t want business.

I hate this bank with a passion. I would never open an account with Bank of America. This branch opens late and closes early, and it doesn’t matter how long the line is there’s always just one teller working. It’s just ridiculous

Just called Bc I Needed to speak to someone about a court ordered retirement account that was granted to a family member - and I called to see what the process is and why my aunts ex is saying they can only do a transfer - only to have the very rude lady tell “well this would be easier if you would just open the account with us”. No ma’am. Precisely Bc every encounter I’ve had with B of A has been with very rude people.

Braselton Hwy Bank of America is the WORST!! Nasty customer service, long lines, wrong transactions and very rude employee's. Must be a job requirement! I'm done!! Moving my accounts including credit card! Went to another bank, right next door to BoA! What a difference!!

RUDE! I went in yesterday to make a deposit and not one person in the branch acknowledged me. The branch was completely empty and the employees talked among themselves like I wasn’t even there. The teller was really nice but the woman sitting at the front immediately to the left was rude. I said goodbye as I was leaving and she didn’t even look up. Terrible not banking at this branch anymore.

Would not notarize my waiver for probate of my father’s will even though I have multiple accounts. The notary said the bank will not let her because too many wills go to court. But that’s what notaries do

Deposit a check on Friday?! Good luck getting that money for the weekend. Not being able to access funds you’ve earned until they decide to clear it is wild. I understand with fraud and all that but I’ve never had that kind of issue and they should credit at least half until then, people have bills to pay. This is why the millennials are trying to do away with banks.

I hardly ever review anything! If I could Give a zero star I would!! I called in today to ask a simple question and the lady places me on hold for over 40 minutes and then hangs up on me and now they are not answering I’m sure they have caller ID! I am reporting them to the corporate now unbelievable I have a business account there and my husband and daughter has an account there we are pulling all three! So you guys are going to have to do better than this! This is horrible and I believe that she was not checking with anyone she left me on hold on purpose but what you do to others will come back to you!

I ran into some trouble in the process of remittance. The staff who received me was very kind and solved my problem with his help and the manager's help. Thank you very much! It also wants the speed and efficiency of Bank of America's call centers to improve.

Bank of America needs to take their cues from Chase bank. I went to Chase the other day to ask them a question about our mortgage and they were immediately available to help me. It was very nice inside and inviting as well. While I usually have good service at this Bank of America I do have to agree with others, the wait it terrible. They need to hire more tellers, especially since the windows are closed now and the ATM's hardly ever work. Step up your game Bank of America or you will loose a lot of customers.
